This home was wonderful to meet with aunts, cousins and friends coming from a few different states. We made homemade lemonade every day and used the hot tub every night! Thanks to Julie for being available as needed.

The house was beautiful, spacious, well-stocked with house and kitchen essentials and very clean! The location was great - couple minutes from downtown Napa and close to the major grocery stores. Views of the hot air balloons from the patio in the morning were incredible. Property manager, Julie, was so helpful and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property has ample space, it was clean, and the amenities all worked properly. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a short drive to groceries, restaurants, wineries, etc. The garage was available to park your car. The only downside was the house had an awkward odor, but manageable and the check-out time was 10 am versus the customary 11 am.

Our family of 7 stayed over Thanksgiving in this incredible property. We don't have enough good things to say about the comfort and size of the house, beautiful backyard with hot tub, and location to vineyards/downtown Napa. Property is as advertised and even more beautiful in person than pictures. The property is right across the street from a dog friendly park with plenty of hiking trails and beautiful views. The neighborhood is very quiet. Comfortable beds, very clean, plenty of towels/linens even for a big group. Kitchen is very well stocked - lacking for nothing and great for a group to cook meals in. Only comments would be regarding check in - you do need to meet with property manager/coordinate a meet up for check in, she is very responsive but it does require more coordination than a self check in/less likely to be able to check in early. Bathrooms have shampoo and soap but bring your own conditioner.

A group of us decided to stay here for our recent girls trip to Napa. We had such an amazing stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to towels. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. I would highly recommend booking here

The backyard really made this place!! It’s amazing view of the vineyard and morning coffee while watching the hot air balloons pass over was a treat. All the bathrooms were recently remodeled and the beds were comfy. Will stay here again.

This was a lovely house. The layout was perfect and the ambience was great. The backyard is beautiful, and watching the hot air balloons in the morning was exciting. The coffee maker broke, and the owner replaced it within 2 hours! That's customer service!!!!!

This photo sums it up pretty well. The gorgeous back yard overlooks a vineyard and each morning the hot air balloons come up over the horizon and travel across the house. Takes a bit so it’s perfect for coffee hour!
Quite near access roads in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room and well appointed. Hot tub was where we went each evening upon return from tastings and dining.
Highly recommend this gem.

Son and fiance live in Napa. We have visited the area numerous times, although have not stayed in the city of Napa for a number of years. We arrived early to visit with 6 family members ranging in ages 29-84. Plan was to help with final preparations and host a couple dinners for other family members coming into town for the celebration later that week. The house was perfect for this visit. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Multiple tables, counter space for indoor and outdoor dining, well equipped kitchen, up to date appliances, and a nice gas grill that was put to good use! Large bedrooms, comfortable beds/bedding, spacious/up to date bathrooms, and new washer an dryer. Backyard garden in bloom , quince and lime trees-butting right up to the vineyards. Alston Park just across the street provided a 3 mile walking loop amongst the wildflowers and blackberry bushes. The house is in a neighborhood (on the edge) so reasonable quiet hours are requested. Location is convenient to everything- easy to get downtown, shopping in Brown’s Valley, and access to the wineris. Julie was our point of contact on site, she was easy to get a hold of an communication was very smooth. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended.

We rented this house as a group of old friends reuniting in Napa for the first time in several years. The house was perfect! The view of the vineyards was gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for in an authentic wine country experience. We hiked and walked in Alston Park (literally across the street) in the mornings and wine tasted in the afternoons. We had everything we needed in the house and the help of the host, Julie, if we needed anything else. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We even canceled eating out plans on our last night in town so we could spend more time together in the home. It was perfect! I travel with a small Yorkshire Terrier who had all the space he needed in the fenced in backyard. We were there during extreme heat so the ONLY thing I could possibly say that could be improved is the AC. The unit couldn't keep up with the heat but for the most part the house always felt very comfortable. The only time it was a problem was at night when we tried to sleep. We used fans which helped tremendously. Without a doubt we would rent this home again in an instant. Thank you, Julie and Albert!

Location was ideal! The house met all our needs plus some. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was large and had everything we needed, the house had a nice large dining table, plenty of seating for our larger group and boasted beautiful views of the vineyard behind us. The backyard has beautiful roses, flowers, trees and outdoor seating and we awoke to hot air balloons floating over the vineyard each morning. We enjoyed the hot tub! Although, the amount of chlorine did ruin a couple of our bathing suits. ugggg... We visited Laird Winery which owns the vineyard behind the house. I highly recommend them! We were pleasantly surprised. One of us even joined their wine club (not sold in stores). Great experience altogether.

Overall stay was great and home conveniently located. The house was clean and the kitchen was a spacious gathering spot. The only downside is that we felt the check-in and check-out process was overkill. We felt as though Julie was hovering over checking the house while we were there as if we were presumed guilty until proven innocent. In other VRBO experiences we never actually had contact with a person and were trusted to take care of things.

Great Location, beautiful house and much better than the pictures online. We really enjoyed our stay and the fire place was enjoyable, Beds where comfortable and Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed appliances and eatery, only recommendation would be to have TVs in every room, purchase an air fryer and portable crib / play pac for guest with babies.

Great property that is fully loaded with all essentials. Heat rises in the 2-story house so we opened windows at night and it was perfect for sleeping. The only downside was the check-in/checkout process which I feel is far behind the times. If an electronic lock is installed or key lock box like most properties, this process would be much simpler. Instead, a time needs to be set with the property manager to meet.
