I stayed here for a family event and it was right in the centre of town. All of the communication between them and myself was clear, consistent and easy to follow. There's a lovely restuarant downstairs where you can sit and eat. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless.
The hotel reception was lovely and really helpful.
The only thing is that they have a tea coffee station in the lobby but only takes coins and I don't carry cash - so make sure you do if you don't want to head down to the restaurant or want a midnight tea.

We loved our stay in this well maintained, beautiful designed hotel. Everyone was very nice to us and we’d stay again if around Tolosa.

Excellent hotel.
Very clean and comfortable.
Very central in Tolosa.
Both receptionists are brilliant. Gabriel looked after us this time, our 3rd visit.
Several pintxo bars nearby.
Free parking is a good walk on the outskirts of town but the hotel offers secure paid parking
