Really nice stay, would stay again

A nice central location Easy communication with the host Nice modern lay out and comfortable

Noise from inside the property echos and travels throughout so you get the noise from people below, quiet loud when other apartment doors close

nice place & great location

Nice place in a very good location, everything was in a walking distance from the apartment. the building and the facility were so beautiful.

the only thing that made us uncomfortable was the Sofa in the living room, it was so dirty with a lot of stains and isn’t comfortable at all. Everything else was perfect.

Weekend in Valencia

I liked the place and apartment at all! There is everything you need. Sandra is a very nice and friendly girl, she speaks excellent English.

Just one thing- lock on bathroom door not working.

We had an excellent week and will use facilities such as this one again.

We bought stuff for breakfast. Easy access with keys. Everything was easy, heating, leaving, bins.

May be a bit more ustensils for cooking .

property was very central to all amenities. the apartment was extremely clean.

I thought the staff could have been a bit more helpful when it came to booking a taxi for us we were given a number to ring ourselves which rendered useless.

Great location near local market

Great location just a few minutes walk to the local market. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. Nice terrace to sit outside and relax.

No cupboards to store food and could have done with a chopping board.

Nice place, would love to come back again

Good Location, very clean and very friendly staff.

Construction didn't let us sleep longer than 7:30 but this is not the fault of this apartment. Internet was very slow though. Misleading information about the 200€ deposit for the groups, that was not published on the page.

fab location. fab city. don’t miss the Monday vintage markets ❤️❤️

we have travelled alot and have been very lucky to stay in many places. this was a really good property. clean. amazing air conditioning ! amazing terrace. everything we needed. washing machine. fab location. you come out and turn left to Valencia centre but turn right and it’s amazing. fab restaurants/ bars/ shops. so good.

nothing. we would have like a bread board ! but other than that nothing. cannot fault it. we paid €40 euros for the late check in but it was worth it. we were met at the door and shown the whole place. really good service.

Great flat, great location but noisy

Great clean space in a really good location. Comfy beds and even the sofa bed was pretty good.

The noise. Constant noise from the flat above and the fire door downstairs going on till 4am.

Good location and on request they provided another set of keys as we were 5 colleagues from a conference. It would have been better to have more but at least we had two.

The location was good, close to interest points

Very noisy place, a lot of party people around us, you hear a lot of noise from the other apartments. There is also noise feom outside. Not good for families, good for party people.

Good base for exploring Valencia's tourist quarter and beaches

Location and neighborhood are convenient for food, bike rental and getting to the beach. It was easy to find fun cafes with good food, and the neighborhood was lively. It is a bit removed from the main tourist sites, which we liked, but you are about .5 mile from many things (not a big deal). Bike rental is a great idea (FlatsForYou rents from their office, and Rufaza Bike Rental is just a couple blocks away). Valencia is a very easy city to bike in! Hosts stored our luggage in their office (we arrived in the morning), so we could start touring, and were very helpful with directions and recommendations on places to eat, etc (best paella was at the beach).

A few minor issues - the shower door needs to be recaulked, so if you're not careful water leaks out onto the bathroom floor (it's all tile, so not hard to soak up). There were some ants, and the wifi didn't work for us.

overall good value for money excellent location .

clean , comfortable and excellent location walking distance to super market and city centre .

We did bring our own teabags and coffee but would have loved some in the kitchen .

A very enjoyable holiday in a comfortable flat, in a wonderful city.

We liked the location. It was near enough to the centre for easy access, but had its own character. Everybody we met was friendly and helpful

We would have preferred a double bed, rather that two singles pushed together.

Short stay in Valencia.

It was centrally located but in a quiet area It had everything we wanted for a short stay

It would have been nice to have shower gel and shampoo.

We really like the location and the apartment has a great patio.

The apartment was clean and in a great location. The patio is huge and great to hang out on even in January.

The place seems very sterile. It could use some rugs and some color to make it a little more comfy and enjoyable. Everything is white so it seem like a hospital.

Great affordable accomodation with a great host in a great part of town.

Alessio was very kind, helpful, professional and informative. He arrived shortly after our arrival texting us to assure us he was on his way. He helped us book the return transfer and assured us he was only a whatssapp away if we needed anything or if there were any problems. Central location of the apartment is fantastic - all the main attractions of Valencia are at your fingertips.

The internet connection was a little slow but on the positive side it always worked and phones should be away on family holidays in any case!
