Harbor, on the 5th floor, overlooking Christiania and the city roofs, right next to the canal and walking distance to the opera, close to the kissing bridge and the paper island, walking distance to the city, which has a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as irons and hair dryers , a little gem in the center of Copenhagen with lots of nice cafes and restaurants, close to everything that can be rented bikes at Christiania. 50 M / Bit WIFI & TV with Chromecast Case

A nice appartment in Copenhagen, optimal for a sightseeing trip. Its silent, but in the 5th floor - a lot of staircases :-). Connection to public traffic is nearly optimal.

The location was close to so many things like restaurants and tourist sites, yet the location was quiet and you felt like part of the neighborhood. Ulrik was very responsive anytime we had a question. We were really pleased with our stay and would visit again.

This is a charming apartment with a lot of art on the walls. The kitchen is fully equipped for nearly all needs (the only thing that we missed was a tea pot) and the living room is quite large.
Since it is directly under the roof, it might at times get a bit hot, but there is always a cool breeze from the sea, so it is no problem to get fresh, cool air into the flat. Beware: There are a lot of steps from the street up to the flat, so perhaps for elderly people this might be a challenge.
Communication with landlord is easy and reliable.
We enjoyed our visit immensly.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Ulrik’s apartment! We enjoyed having access to the kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from Nyhavn and there is a nearby bus that takes you to many locations of interest around the city. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Parterre café on the corner. The 6 flights of stairs were no joke, but we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! We would definitely rent this place again if we return to København.

My husband and I enjoyed the property. The neighborhood was nice. And it was easy to get to and from. We found the food in Christiana to be some of our favorite. There are many stairs so pack accordingly. The bed was small so prepare to cuddle. Over all a really pleasant stay.

Cute apt for one or two near Christian’s. Short walk to canals, Nyhavn, Kongens Nytorv square. and subways. Easy bus ride to train station. Apt was warm and dry in cold winter weather small, but had everything we needed. TV, internet, kitchen, etc. 😊

We loved Ulriks place. It was so close to all major tourist locations and was only 7 metro-stops away from CPH airport, took about 15 minutes. I stayed with my teenage daughter who really loved all the art on the walls. Handy small shops right on the corner. Will definitely return whenever we visit CPH again!

We had a great stay. Property was very clean and Ulrik’s instructions and expectations were very clear. It was also very easy to get to most of the tourist places from there. We stayed at the end of August, and it was quite warm. There were no fans or anything, so we had to sleep with the windows cracked open. This wouldn’t have been a problem except that most nights there was quite a bit of noise on the street below.

I found this property to be as advertised. It is cozy and clean. The location is excellent. It's in a great neighborhood and very close to public transportation. If you want to feel like a local while vacationing in Copenhagen, you can't go wrong here.

The perfect Copenhagen flat
Absolutely flawless. Ulrik was so responsive and helpful during check-in and check-out, and provided me with the best experience for my stay in Copenhagen. The flat is gorgeous (the pictures are accurate!) with plenty of natural light, beautiful art, and the best accommodations (dishwasher, washer machine, portable speaker, television, nespresso machine, the list goes on!). The location cannot be beat, minutes walk to Freetown, restaurants along the water, and the pedestrian bridge to Nyhavn. Shopping, dining, and museums all within a stone’s reach. This is where I hope to return again for my next stay in Copenhagen! Thank you so much.

We mostly ate at many of the nearby restaurants. Great walking location and proximity to theaters and food. Be ready to climb stairs.

A very nice place
We were delighted to spend our time in this apartment. The location is wonderful and the apartment very sunny. Great location since it's not far from the center of Copenhagen (around 15 min from Nihavn ) and the location is quiet. We loved our trip to Copenhagen also thanks to this apartment.

Beautiful apartment, great location!
My husband and I stayed in Copenhagen for a week, and Ulrik's apartment was a quiet oasis to come back to each day. It's a short walk to the local grocery store, a great cafe, and the metro stop. Ulrik sent detailed instructions and recommendations, which were very helpful, and he was very communicative and accommodating. Great place for a couple visiting Copenhagen!

Such a great apartment in a great location. Neighborhood was nice, quiet and close to the canal and Christianhavn metro station with easy access to the entire city. So many great location were walkable, including Nyhavn. Ulrik was very responsive to any questions we had.

Les équipements sont suffisants, il y a 3 épiceries à 2 minutes et Copenhagen Street Food à 5 minutes.
Attention, il n y a pas de location de vélos dans Christianshavn (à part des vélos cargo). Nous conseillons Rosenborg Cykler (Rosenborggade 3).
Nous vous recommandons l'appartement d'Ulrik, un excellent choix pour un agréable séjour à Copenhagen.
Our reservation had been postponed for a year due to complications of accessing Denmark with COVID-19. Ulrik accepted this postponement.
The apartment is ideally located for organizing visits. Quick access, by bike, on foot or by metro to the center of Copenhagen. It is bright, quiet, well appointed and well decorated. Bicycles can be parked safely.
The facilities are sufficient, there are 3 grocery stores 2 minutes away and Copenhagen Street Food 5 minutes away.
Please note that there is no bicycle rental in Christianshavn (apart cargo bikes). We recommend Rosenborg Cykler (Rosenborggade 3).
We recommend Ulrik's apartment, an excellent choice for a pleasant stay in Copenhagen.

Appartement mit hippem Charme
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist, was die Check-In-Angelegenheiten anbelangt, völlig komplikationslos. Zudem wird man mit umfangreichen und echt guten Tipps versorgt.
Das Appartment haben wir sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden; die Bilder moderner Kunst versprühen einen hippen Charme ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. In der Küche befindet sich alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wer Essengehen bevorzugt, kommt in der unmittelbaren Umgebung schon auf seine Kosten. Parken stellte mit der App eazypark kein Problem dar. Auch ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus war leicht zu bekommen. Bis zum Kanal ist es eine nur eine Gehminute , und dann kann man wunderbar ins Zentrum schlendern (fußläufig ca. 20 min.): zum Nyhavn oder zu diversen Museen oder zum Shoppen in die City, …. Für einen Single- oder Pärchen-Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen eine optimale Unterkunft.

Ulrik was an amazing host. He was especially accommodating on our arrival as my wife was sick and he went out of his way to be hospitable. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Metro, Nyhaven and right around the corner from the iconic Freetown. We would absolutely rent this VRBO again.
