Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, taxis were hard to book but staff helped here when asked

Very spacious rooms, large bathroom, good air conditioning, like the small kitchen area where we made our own breakfast and it had a large fridge. About 20 min walk to the gothic quarter.
Wish the room had a coffee maker or a cafetière.

Great location for traveling with kids. Close to city center. Big apartment, clean, great facilities, good breakfast, very nice staff.

The location and bed was comfortable
The hotel was a 3* at best. During my 1 week stay I was told the cleaner would only come once, otherwise I would have to pay €50 extra. I asked about the trash and was told to walk down the street to empty it.
Nowhere in the description does it read that the hotel is self serviced
