Scam

I did not end up staying there because they give the wrong price, and charge you a fortune when you show up. The adress in booking is also wrong, so I ended up walking 10 min extra.. The old lady was not friendly at all. Book somewhere else!

Exceptional

The breakfast was great! Mireya the owner is wonderful. She was helpful and kind. The proximity to the beach was so wonderful with the breeze and a perfect place to sit and enjoy it on tge second floor. The air worked very well!

the room was comfortable and had a shared balcony. pleasant staff. the breakfast was nice. very good location and quiet.

I enjoyed my stay and it was nice. I was really pleased with the activities and access in the area.

I was really pleased with the location which was west of the main city centre. The location ended up being close to the Tropical Adventures office, and start of the Los Tuneles Tour, the beach and the very fine board walk and trail to the Galapagos Tortoise Breeding Centre and Flamingo lagoons. There were a number of restaurants in the area. There was a lot of Bird activity along the beach and in the lagoons. The morning breakfast on the front deck of the Hotel was interesting because you were able to see the village start to wake up. The breakfast and coffee were excellent. By taxi, it was only a 5 minute trip to the airport.

The room was a decent size and there was adequate shelving and hanging spots but no hangers. There was not a desk to work at. The bathroom was very small and hard to work in comfortably. On the outside deck over looking the beach there was only one table in front of a room.

very nice!

very spacious room, sea view, huge balcony, 2 min to the beach and restaurants! the stuff is really friendly!

Need for some cosiness and outside furniture at the balcony. The water dispenser is inside the reception which closes at 20:00. no cold/ hot water after that. No kitchen facilities.

Cheap option for Isabella. Great breakfast

Great breakfast. Great location. Friendly staff

Only cash accepted for payment from foreigners unless you have the bank transfer app. Was put in a different room than I had booked on here. A little musty but clean.

We had a quite dark room with a low entrance into the bathroom and a step, we didn't really like it. Agreed breakfast times were missed, which caused unnecessary stress if you have a tour booked early in the morning. Don't book a taxi through the owners, they overcharge

lacation, the breakfast and the owner was so nice.

the shower is instable, and, sometimes without hot wather. diferent prices for couple or twin beds, what make no sense.

Great to have a centrally located, family run hotel, with a breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I could walk to downtown, it is all very close.

it was alright

Decent breakfast, decent location

I was charged double the tax rate and when I pointed it out the host would not address it, I was charged total of 30$ over the price shown on booking.com Also, I had booked ocean view room but it was not available when I checked in, I was put in a small dingy room in the back for one night then moved to the ocean view room the next day but I was charged the ocean view room rate for my entire stay, I did not get to pay the lower rate for the dingy room I was put in the first night.

Nice place very close to the beach. Good staff, breafast. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

Very slow WiFi, and aircon was worked like a motorbike... ))))

great location and view, clean comfortable room

only complaint was that we weren’t able to get late checkout. the hotel wasn’t sold out, and it would’ve been nice to have some more flexibility

Very good

Great location, view of the ocean, nice breakfast was each day slightly different. The owner was nit really friendly, but helpful with organizing tour and tickets, also offered luggage storage for free.

Exceptional

It was wonderful working with them. They answered all my questions in a timely manner both before and during our time on their island. I had a case of Montezuma's Revenge and they were willing to change our dates. We missed our prepaid ferry, and they assisted in scheduling us another. We also missed our morning tour they had set up. They scheduled a Los Tuneles for us a few weeks prior to our arrival and forgot to add it to our bill. I did remind them. I highly recommend this tour. They are also one of the only places that accept credit cards.

Exceptional

Great location, beautiful balcony with view of the beach. They let us check in early. AC was working and breakfast was made fresh everyday for us. They also had free snorkels if you wanted. Walkable to all good restaurants in the center. Pahoehoe tours agency was walkable too.

Rooms a bit tight, but all good.

Push for a decent room if available

The room we eventually stayed in was great. The breakfast was yummy!

The owner (non English speaking) offered us a twin room when we first arrived, although we had booked a double. She then offered us a small double with no view, when there was a double with a sea view available. Btw no other guests were staying. We pushed her for a sea view and she begrudgingly gave us this room, which was excellent.
