Great for families and dog friendly!

Die Lage ist die Beste die man in Brno haben kann. 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und mitten in der Fußgängerzone am Marktplatz, zwischen Kathedrale und Rathaus. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Für unsere kleine Tochter wurde liebevoll ein Gitterbett vorbereitet, ein Korb mit Spielsachen bereitgestellt und ein Hochstuhl in die Küche gestellt, obwohl ich nicht extra darum gebeten habe.

Bitte, bitte repariert die Schlafzimmertüre. Der Türrahmen ist verzogen und die Tür lässt sich nicht einmal anlehnen. Einen Meter von der Tür entfernt befindet sich eine Gastherme, die vor allem im Winter viel Lärm macht. Man hat dann das Gefühl als würde man im Flugzeug schlafen, wenn man die Türe nicht schließen kann. Auch die Leselampe im Schlafzimmer war leider kaputt....

Lokalita úžasná, historické centrum, raňajky v meste podľa výberu, výborné 😀

Hučiaci kotol, nedoliehajúce zárubne dverí, pokazené úplne oproti kotlu, kúrenie sa večer vyplo, zima, najlacnejšie vybavenie, už trochu opotrebovanē, chladný menej útulný dojem

Zatial najhorsie ubytovanie v Brne, neadekvatne k cene.

Jednoznacne poloha obytovania. Byt dispozicne pekny, dost velky, ale zanedbane zariadenie, najlacnejsie ako sa dalo.

Studeny nevykureny byt, 16 stupnov, na infolinke povedali ze ked tam par dni nemali hosti tak tam predsa nebudu kurit. Problemy so spustenin kurenia, kurit sa zacalo az o 21:00. Nepohli ani informacie z infolinky, museli sme si stiahnut manual k termostatu. Opadavajuce omietky, nedali sa zavriet dvere, prasknuta zarubna, plesen v sprchovom kute, lacne postelne pradlo, prilis mala plachta na posteli hned sa zosuchala, rozchadzajuce sa matrace na manzelskej posteli. Zatecena stena v kuchyni. K dispozicii len po 1 osuske, ziadny uterak. Dakujeme, neodporucame.

Exceptional

I really liked the apartments, the location is very convenient, there are places for sightseeing, shops and restaurants nearby!

Dissatisfied that there was no hot water in the evening and in the morning!

Super central and quiet location. Clean and well prepared flat.

Good location. Communication with property owner was smooth. Apartment was well prepared and clean.

I did not like the online check in. In case you need to organize more people from different places it is quite cumbersome to check them all in online. Problem starts when yo u need less or more people to check in as online solution is not so flexible. Apartment clearly needs second/third set of keys. Elevator was also not working one full day.

not good value for money

No heating on very little instruction for boiler / washing machine / tv took ages to get Tv on I had messaged about this but no one available to help bedroom door would not close properly noisy at night from street noise central location

This is a great place to stay in the heart of Brno for a few nights.

The location was excellent: in the center but quiet. Everything we needed for our short stay was in walking distance.

Superb

Location excellent. Clean, tidy and bright, generally good facilities. Would come again if back in Brno

Facilities generally v good but towels small for 3 adults and no hand towel in kitchen. Plug in kitchen didn't fit so made washing up difficult. Noisy outside from people in square which in summer I would think would be an issue but fine with windows all closed. These are picky things would recommend

It is comfortable but reception's customer service can be improved

Location is good, apartment is well equipped and housekeeping is very helpful that made up for other shortfall

The reception is not very helpful. When I mentioned my young son may wet himself at night and asked for extra bed sheets, they asked me to choose somewhere else to stay. They didn't help in advising babysitting options. They gave parking location but refuse to answer which is the nearest. One of the bedrooms in the apartment does not have black-out curtains.

Good

Accommodation is located in a perfect location, right in the center of Brno. It is also a short walk from the train and bus station, which is absolutely perfect. The apartment is quite spacious. Two large rooms plus one with a sofa bed. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, so I can't evaluate the functionality of other things, but the basic equipment was not missing.

The house has paper walls, you can hear the noise from neighbours when someone moves a chair, etc., as well as between the rooms. Which was also not easy when you needed the second keys (deposit 1000 CZK), you need to pick them up in the cafe opposite the apartment, where the staff was quite confused and we waited maybe 15 minutes. We also allowed gasmen to come to our apartment at seven in the morning to check the boiler, so I was ready and awake so that it could be done and no one arrived.

Nice apartment but...

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind, above all the two Michelas'... they really helped us!!

We booked an air conditioned apartment and at first we had a no air cond. one. After half an hour they changed the room. We had to wait 11 p.m. to come into our apartment, because of problems to the door.
