My husband and I stayed at Kawama for 4 days. I found the condo to be very clean and had everything there that was listed. We brought supplies for breakfast and lunch so we were all set. We enjoyed the pool and lagoon which was right outside our unit. Our host, Jorge provided excellent communication with any questions I had. Everything was well maintained. Lots of restaurants close by for dinner. Our favorite was the Key Largo Fisheries Cafe. Nice variety of fresh caught fish. Can't get better than that. We went to John Pennakamp State Park which had lots of water activities (kayak, boat rentals, boat tours, etc). Our weather could have been better, but we enjoyed our time there.

Great location and gated community. The place was clean and check-in process was easy. The place could use some upgrades but that will surely drive up the rental cost. It was a good value and everything functioned - no complaints. The host is responsive.
