Cosy et confortable

Tout !!! La chambre avec son lit très confortable. La décoration, les livres. La vue , nous étions dans la chambre Marie, un écrin de verdure en plein centre ville et en arrière plan le palais des papes. Le petit déjeuner copieux et la véranda. L hôtesse vraiment très sympa!

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed and furnishing and excellent welcome.

Beautifully decorated - tasteful mix of traditional and modern furnishings. High end “Linvosges” bedding and towels. Lovely toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Great welcome - friendly, helpful, supportive staff: nothing too much trouble. Easy access via digicode.

Because it is an old building (e.g. original, thin doors) you can hear others around the building - not really an issue as no TV and very respectful clientele!

Excelente y fantástico descubrimiento en el corazón de Aviñón!!

Situado en un céntrico barrio pero muy tranquilo, nos encantó la comodidad, las acogedoras habitaciones, el ambiente de estar en un hogar, muy personal y cálido, lleno de paz y tranquilidad. El desayuno es estupendo, todos los productos de mucha calidad y repostería casera (el aroma del bizcocho recién horneado recorre el hall y las estancias, delicioso!). Las fantásticas anfitrionas, Lisa y Violette, así como Melanie, hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable con su encantador y cálido trato y recomendaciones de visitas. Nos sentimos como en casa!!! Un lugar excelente para recomendar y al que un día volveremos!!

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast with a delicious spread in the morning! Sweet and helpful staff!

We loved our stay at La Demoiselle! Upon check in we were greeted by the reception which was so very helpful in telling us all we needed to know about Avignon. The owner, Violette, was also incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is a traditional three-story house with multiple rooms set up B&B style. It is furnished and decorated beautifully. We stayed in the room on the top floor and it was comfortable although the shower lacked a door to keep the water contained. The breakfast was served in the lower level room and it was delicious and plentiful. We so enjoyed this bed and breakfast and plan to come back.

Estancia perfecta en La Demoiselle

La habitación era muy acogedora y espaciosa, estaba impecable, y el patio donde se desayuna es una monada; el desayuno estaba buenísimo. Lisa y Violette son encantadoras, dejaron juguetes para mi nene y prepararon su cuna con mucho gusto. Parte de mi familia vive en Avignon, y estoy segura de que cuando vuelva, me alojaré en la Demoiselle de nuevo.

It was perfect!

We loved everything about this place. We stayed for a week and it was a perfect stay. The fresh breakfast provisions, the large beautifully appointed room and wonderful Lisa and Joanna.

Comfortable, lovely bedroom.

The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very simple - home-made jam, croissants, yoghurt, cheese and muesli. Joanna was fantastic - very welcoming and a great source of local information.

Everything was fine except I couldn't see any smoke alarms fitted in the bedroom or stairs.

Lovely stay

La Demoiselle is a beautiful old house, nicely restored with lots of atmosphere, lovely breakfast, great and enthusiastic staff, great location.

The only minor recommendation i would have is to take the orange-juice machine out of the breakfast room. It is nice to have freshly squeezed juice but the machine makes so much noise! Together with the coffee machine it makes the nice breakfast room feel a bit like a machine room, haha

Gorgeous boutique accomodation with personal assistance Breakfast was beautiful with homemade yoghurt and jams, breads

Perfect location, good design house, friendly host. Happy to stay here.

The location is perfect , the owner so friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully designed. The breakfast is easy but good.

We stay in the top floor but no elevator. There no parking but we can find free parking nearby with free shuttle bus service.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit & explorations at Avignon. La Demoiselle has provided us a cozy home away from home.

Centrally located, accessible by foot to all main historical sites. Tastefully renovated and decorated of this 300 year old building. Good breakfast & extremely friendly and helpful staff

Just minor WiFi issue due to the thick structural walls. We appreciate the connection issue was corrected later on during our stay. Note: WiFi is always strong in the sitting room and in the breakfast area.

Ideal choice for a stay in central Avignon!

This home is in the heart of the old city without being on a Main Street. we were able to walk anywhere within 15-20 minutes, but also felt tucked away. The home itself is perfectly furnished. The staff is lovely, patient, helpful, and kind.

There is nothing to be disappointed in.

I almost don't want to share this property with anyone. Absolutely, the BEST place we stayed in France. If you are on the fence at all...definitely make the reservation!

Beautiful property, excellent host in central location

Host, Lisa, was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Guest house and rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. Location is central to main areas of interest. We would highly recommend to choose to stay there.

good location with a friendly host!

The host was very friendly and the breakfast was good! The room was clean and the location is excellent as well!

it was a bit loud as we were located on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance. We could hear other guests walking in and out.

super nice place, quite, warm, comfortable we enjoyed all things prepared by the host she was very nice, led us to the parking place when we arrived. she prepared a delicious breakfast, with homemade jam and yogurt. really loved this place with wonderful decorations value for money

Location, location, location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location, location, location! Breakfast was great with homemade option each morning. Hosts communicated before arrival and that made our check in smooth. Also they arranged transportation for our departure which helped a great deal.

We were very well looked after, with help to organise trips around and within Avignon.

Breakfast was lovely. The two ladies went out of their way to provide anything we might want: pain au chocolate, cheese, fruit, homemade yogurt, pancakes

I would have preferred enough light to read by in the bedroom. Other than that I had no complaints.

Excellent time.

Small, intimate personable and fabulous host. It was also a chance to meet fellow guests as it was a small guest house. The host gave us fabulous ideas for our adventure and dinner suggestions.
