Super, würden wir wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist alles in allem sehr gut. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es sind drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder vorhanden und man kann vom Parkkeller mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung. Da wir mit zwei Autos waren hatte man sogar noch einen zweiten Garagenplatz für uns. 👍 Infrastruktur wie Bus und U-Bahn sind hervorragend zu erreichen.

Die Gegend um die Wohnung rum ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vielleicht weil es zu einem Außenbezirk von Barcelona zählt.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The apartment is clean, comfortable, equipped and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable and nice place. Host waited for us and answered all our questions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including bathroom supplies and spices.

The kids dropped some toys while playing on the sofa and it was quite dirty under the sofa. Other than that is was relatively OK.

It was not clean. Beds were really bad. The two single beds were the cheap foldable ones. The one was a couch bed and the bed for two was heavly used and low quality so it was not good at all. One room was leaking water so we had to clean it and empty one cup that was holding the water like twice a day. Evrthing looks nice in the Fotos but once you get there its different. The couch in the living room area is broken. I can go on and on about the apartment... And yeah its in a ghetto area it didnt bother us but just tu let you know. The pool - what use has an indoor pool if its not heated or clean so you can use it.

Great Location for Primavera Sound

We booked the apartment for accommodation whilst attending Primavera Festival and in terms of location for festivalgoers it was great 3-5 min walk to the festival and not far too the beach, there is also a nice cafe close to the building that serves breakfast.

The main bedroom that I slept in was a good size and had a En-suite but it was completely ruined by the lack of proper curtains, the curtains currently in the room are more decorative than functional so every morning at 5am the room is flooded with light, not great if you are trying to sleep.

It was super for us.

The owner was really helpful and nice. 3 different rooms and 1 living room....Excellent distribution :-) and the subway is not far from the flat.

Great compact apartment near the Barcelona Sailing Centre with secure off street parking.

Location

Maintenance. A number of lights didn't work, the main bed collapsed and some of the furnishings were worn and torn. The kettle was difficult to switch on. There was a leak at the geyser with water on the floor. A technician was promised to come and fix things but he never arrived.

We like the apartment.

It was close to the supermarket and metro; the location was good, the facilities were good, the balcony was good and we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment.

I did not like the complaints from the neighbours regarding the swimming pool. I was offended that I had to defend myself for wearing proper, fully covered swimming costumes. In our stay, I only used the swimming pool once because some people didn't like us using the pool, as shown through the glances. I paid the full amount, like everybody else would have, and I was entitled to use all the facilities however I did not feel comfortable to do so.
