This property gives you the "resort like feel" yet the comforts and amenities that only a home can provide. All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time. Pack and play portable crib and high chair provided. Amazing location!! 2 blocks to the Main beach. 3 blocks to state street (restaurants). Walking distance to the harbor, Leadbetter, Shoreline park. The unit is just as pictured... gorgeously & brightly colored and meticulous clean. Incredible find and will be back!! Thank you!

Really great in every way. Our only suggestion is more blankets! It was cold and there was not one blanket in the house! Another nice touch would be some robes to use while there. Couldn’t get Ice maker working. But clean, nice, great location, cute and comfortable!

This villa was perfect for our group of 4 and the location is amazing! Great amenities and plenty of comfortable seating. We walked everywhere, hardly moved our car. Arrival, parking, and all other instructions were very clear. We had no need to contact the host for anything during our stay. Highly recommended!

we were in town for my nieces wedding. My sister and I shared the space. spacious and comfortable. quiet and relaxing with a back deck to have breakfast. well equipped kitchen and easy access to beach and downtown. loved it.

The place was exactly as listed and in great shape. My wife and I brought out two girls (5 and 2) and they also really enjoyed the space. Easy walks to harbor, wharf, state street, beach, and easy to navigate into and out of the neighborhood.

Wonderful 2 bdrm condo near Stearns Wharf - 2 blocks from the ocean. The condo was great for our 2 adult children and my husband and I, very spacious and well maintained. The area is beautiful and we could walk to restaurants and through gorgeous neighborhoods. The condo had all that we needed if we were inclined to cook a meal and had plenty of room for all of us. Very nice condo! We would certainly go back.

I would highly recommend staying in this villa when visiting Santa Barbara. Walkable to everything, in a quiet neighborhood. A couple blocks from the beach. It is pictured just as it is very clean comfy beds.

Had an enjoyable stay at your property. Years of walk ability to function and other areas. Enjoyed a great bike tour as well as dolphin/whale watching. The only advice I would give is that the furniture in the living room could be updated. Not enough seating for four adults and the couch has seen better days. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We’re a family of 4 and we REALLY liked the the rental duplex in West Beach. The place was very clean and unique with its bright and inviting color. The king-size beds in both rooms were big and comfy (just a little high for me). The living room, bedrooms, closets, especially the kitchen, are all fully-equipped with everything we needed. Location of the place is great - clean, quiet and nice with the surrounding, and within a short distance to everywhere. Time was short - wished we could’ve stayed longer. We didn’t even have enough time to barbecue and enjoy eating on the balcony! Well, next time for sure.
