This Ultra-Private Modern 4BR/3B house is located 4 min from Palm Canyon Drive and is perfectly central to all the hot-spots in Palm Springs on both the north and south sides of the city. The massive backyard has an oversized custom salt water pool/spa and spacious lounging/dining areas with an outdoor kitchen, Grapefruit, Orange and Meyer Lemon Trees. Unwind on the patio while gazing at unobstructed mountain views or inside in this warm and welcoming private oasis. The interior boasts 4 suites - 2 king with ensuite baths and 2 queens with shared bath. Enjoy the gas fireplace, gorgeous kitchen with bar seating and front patio with privacy walls for morning coffee/breakfast or an afternoon cocktail. The home is truly unique and is a breath of fresh air from the moment you enter. The house was awesome with a big pool/hot tub, outdoor area and kitchen/living room. We loved the house and the location worked out well. Matthew gave a number of great recommendations and made sure pool was heated and everything was in order for our stay. Would definitely come back!

I stayed at the house with friends and it was perfect. Beautiful pool, clean house, close to the airport and downtown. The host was great and sent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It was a lovely trip.

We loved staying here! Matt was very easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine at check in and that there was someone there to greet us. The backyard and pool were amazing! Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful outdoor space and perfect location! Great house for a group of friends, we spent the whole weekend enjoying the pool and gorgeous backyard. The fresh citrus was such an amazing bonus 😍

Matt is the most proactive and responsive host I’ve dealt with in numerous A and V rentals over the years. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and checked in with us often to make sure there were no problems.
The property is terrific — the highlight is obviously the private backyard with the pool, hot tub, grill, and pool lounge chairs. The photos do a good job of representing the property, and the location is also great — a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to downtown Palm Springs. Overall we had a great vacation, and would happily rent this property again.

I stayed at Matt's house for my bachelorette and we had the absolute best time! The house is in an amazing location, 3-5 min drive to down town (if you enjoy walking you can definitely get there on foot!). The property itself was stunning. Very clean and true to the photos on the listing. The hot tub wasn't heating when we first got there but Matt sent someone out to take care of it right away and we didn't have any other issues with it during our stay. They also have a lemon tree and a grapefruit tree that were in season and Matt told us to help ourselves to the fruit which was an unexpected highlight! Overall, I wish we could have stayed longer and can't recommend this place enough!

I did a fair amount of research to find a place in Palm Springs for 4 couples , one from France, once from Chicago and 2 from California . I was the “organizer/host” and I was thanked multiple times for finding this home. It lived up to all the pictures. We had so much fun hanging here that we canceled our dinner reservations and just picked up dinners from the restaurants and ate here. But, the key , by far, was Matt…He was like the Concierge at the Four Seasons…no..he was better

There are many places to stay in Palm Springs, but this home is extraordinary. High ceilings, exceptional furnishings, a great kitchen, and the perfect pool and deck to relax and enjoy the sun.

House was perfect for our group of 7 women. House was clean and well maintained. Pool area was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Location also worked out well. Hosts were helpful with planning our stay and very accommodating. No hesitation in recommending to others considering a stay.

This was the perfect location to spend time with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The pool and yard are amazing, with beautiful views of the mountains. We definitely took full advantage of the pool and hot tub. The house and property are well maintained, with enough room for 6 guests. The kitchen was well stocked, which made preparing meals easy.
The check in process was seamless, with the property manager meeting us on site to review features of the house. The owner was very easy to communicate with and offered multiple recommendations of restaurants, bars, and things to do during our stay.
This was truly a vacation sanctuary! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Palm Springs.

Great Open House with Large Pool
The property was clean, open, and had all the amenities we were looking for. The pool was big, large enough to even do laps in if you needed some exercise. The outdoor space was great, and spending time out there at night was also very relaxing. Most importantly, the owner, Matt, was always quick to reply and answer any questions or needs. His communication before the trip and during the trip was top notch, I can't say enough about how available he was to us for anything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed for bachelorette trip! Beautiful house and grounds. We loved the hot tub/pool combo and the fruit trees! Everything down to the landscaping was just perfect. House is stocked with EVERYTHING! Great location! Manager/owner very good with communication. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

Perfect spot for a family getaway
I stayed here with my parents (70+), husband, and two kids under 2 and it was so perfect. The house has two full master bedrooms which was really nice and all the bedrooms are comfy, cozy, and stylish. They had pack and plays for the kids so I didn't have to travel with them which was fab. The kitchen has every utensil you could possibly need and we cooked a lot at home and just hung out.
Matt was super responsive with any little question I had, like if he knew a babysitter he'd recommend or how to use the TV. He would respond within minutes.
We had such an amazing visit we already decided we would book this house again next year and make this an annual tradition! Highly recommend.

Great Home With Everything You Need
We had a great last-minute stay at this home in Palm Springs. Matt reached out right away with information and suggestions, and check-in was easy. The property is just as the photos show, with everything in working order . The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness met my very high standards! There was more than enough room for my family with 2 kids. You could easily fit another adult couple with the second master. We enjoyed the pool toys, the outdoor grill and fridge, the fun evening lighting, and made good use of the juicer - my kids probably juiced 50 lemons straight off the tree. We don't ever return to the same VRBO twice, but this one may be the exception. Thanks!

Matt and Shelly have a stunning home! We visited for my 40th birthday weekend and from the time Matt reached out with tons of outdoor/takeout restaurant suggestions and tips, it was clear he goes above and beyond for his guests. The check in process was simple, the house was immaculate and felt extremely clean and Covid safe, the location is close to town, and the backyard is a peaceful, beautiful oasis. You can tell thought was put into every detail which truly made for a relaxing weekend. I would say up to four couples can stay here comfortably and the property would also be great for families (we will come back with our kids). The inside felt much larger than it looked in pictures and it felt like we were at a hotel. High recommend!!!
