About this condo rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $440 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. It's colors painting a masterpiece in the sky and on the water of the bay. The display of color, drawing thousands of visitors to the local bay side bars and restaurants, just to catch a glimpse. All the while, you'll be enjoying your own private screening from the large wrap around balcony as you enjoy an evening cocktail. You'll enjoy relaxing in this extremely well-maintained unit. Besides the fabulous view, it features a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are TV's in every room and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Sleeping accommodations include a King, a Queen, a Double/twin combo along with a sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer. Conveniently located on 76th street, you will be close to everything that Ocean City has to offer including many great restaurants/bars, mini golf, the boardwalk, mini golf, go carts, movies, parks and fireworks to name a few. The building is located only 1.5 blocks to the beach and has a work out center along with a rooftop pool! So come stay in this fabulous unit and create your own Ocean City memories! THINGS TO KNOW: * Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. * Sorry no pets allowed. * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. * Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own. * This condo is on the 2nd floor. Coral Seas is an elevator building. * Two parking spots are provided; parking is in a covered garage. * The outdoor rooftop pool opens the Saturday before Memorial Day Weekend and closes approx. the 3rd week of September. (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.) * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. We just left after 5 days and had the best time. Four adults and 4 kids and the condo was perfect. An amazing location with a gorgeous view. We had coffee on the balcony every morning & drinks at night while the kids slept. The pool on the roof was the perfect size for our littles & the gym was small, but nice to have on location. We visit Ocean City every year and definitely will be back for our annual trip next year!

This was our 4th summer in a row staying at this condo, and won’t be our last. Wonderful location, clean and well stocked/furnished unit, quiet building, and we love the private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms. It’s close to some nice restaurants and the beach, but provides a little more peace and quiet than the boardwalk areas, which is still just a short drive away. The view never gets old and the Benchmark staff has always been so easy to deal with. We had some trouble with our door code when we first arrived this year, and they returned our call in a matter of seconds and had us right in. The booking process has always been a breeze. Highly recommend this condo and Benchmark!

Our condo was clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. I appreciated being all on one floor. The steps and elevator to the condo were very convenient and the parking garage underneath is huge. The location is great for restaurants, groceries, mini golf, and the beach. Being on the bay gave us beautiful sunsets...took pictures every night! We had 1 small issue which was quickly resolved. Overall, the 10 of us had a great week!

The unit was gorgeous; however, the owner charged us for a problem that we did not cause. The toilet flooded the first night and when we called, he said it was a known problem and he would send someone. Once we checked out, he kept the deposit and said we broke it. Not trustworthy at all.

Overall the unit was beautiful. Not as clean as I prefer and I did wipe things down when I arrived. Tub was clogged and I had to clean it out - so much hair was in the drain. Location is perfect. Sitting on the deck watching the sunset was wonderful. Would def. stay again.

My only complaint was with the dirty tile shower stalls. There was mold and orange stains in the grout. I did not complain to management, I found cleanser in the laundry room and did it myself. For as much money as I paid I shouldn’t have had to but everything else was so great , I was willing to.
