About this bed and breakfast
Newly remodeled, fully furnished guest house in Napa. Inquire for availability. Rare and great opportunity for monthly stays in wine country. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Views of open land and mature oaks provide a country setting close to town. Located on an acre near a park. Large detached main house is nearby but still offers privacy to guests. Owners are easily available via phone, email or text and happy to assist in any way. The unit offers fully equipped separate kitchen with seating for 4. Newly remodeled full bath has lots of storage. Stacked washer and dryer located indoors provided. Queen bed and queen sleeper sofa provided. The area around the property has occasional visiting wildlife. Hiking, mountain biking, frisbee golf course and seasonal archery field are all located near the property. House is located 3 miles south east from downtown Napa. Uber and Lyft is popular and available if needed. Napa wine train and Oxbow Market are located 3 miles away. Unit is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Small families are welcome. RV parking is available with guest house rental at an additional daily charge. ( No hook ups available). New heating and air conditioning unit recently installed. There is a small backyard patio with outdoor seating and BBQ.
PLEASE NOTE: The house is up 2 short flights of steps. Handrails are in place. Entire guest house is on one level. The unit accommodates sleeping for 4 which includes a sleeper sofa located in same area as the queen bed. (Studio style).

Had a lovely stay this long weekend! This was a perfect spot to stay during Bottlerock. The property was lovely - we wish we'd had time to explore the nearby trails and wineries. The bed and pullout bed were comfortable, linens were good quality, and it was great having a kitchen for breakfasts. Would definitely recommend this place for a lovely trip to Napa!

This rental was one of our favorites. It’s bigger than the photos make it look. It’s perfectly located in the southeast corner of Napa and only 2 miles from Oxbow Market and downtown Napa. Everything was updated. The sofa was like new, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathroom was large and shower had great pressure. Mirrors were perfectly placed and outlets were where we needed them. I loved the high end hair dryer and curling iron available in the bathroom cabinet. We met the owners who live in the house on the same property and they were charming. We learned they added a reverse osmosis water system which explained why my hair styled so nicely and the drinking water tasted so pure. The view was our favorite part. We were awakened to the sunrise peeking through the tree outside the bedroom window with birds feasting from the bird feeder. We enjoyed the cool breezes flowing through the property each night while listening to the coyotes crying in the distance. We watched hikers outside the kitchen window at Skyline Park and we saw cowboys on horseback on the paths. The ambience was amazing for us city people. This property deserves a perfect rating because it’s perfect!

Beautiful property. Small cottage with all that you need for a week or weekend. Full kitchen, very comfortable queen bed, lots of fluffy towels. Owners live on property and were so helpful and kind. ExcellentWe would rent from them again.

Loved this cozy spot. Perfect for two people! The shower and pillows were my favorite. But also the view of thesheep were lovely to wake up to.
