The house was listed as described. The lower level was fully renovated (3 beds and 2 full baths) with access to the backyard. The first floor was not as up to date but served its purpose with 2 bedrooms and a bath. The kitchen was fully stocked. We did have an issue with a couple of the AC units but the homeowner was totally responsive and had service out there to check on it so could not ask for more than that. Overall - would recommend.

My husband and I , my son,and my daughter and her family had a great week in August at Tim and Caitlins lovely home. The location was wonderful for all spots in Montauk. The backyard, large deck, downstairs patio and outside shower were fantastic. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable, having all necessary amenities. Recent renovations downstairs were extremely well done Any questions or concerns were taken care of quickly when contacting Tim. Definitely a terrific choice when visiting Montauk for any length of time........many thanks!!

My family and I had a lovely week long trip in montauk while staying at Tim and Caitlin’s home. There was plenty of space for all of us and loved spending our mornings on the deck. Tim and Caitlin were very responsive and answered all of our questions prior to the trip. Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing house with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Sleeps 9 guys comfortably and is a 2 minute walk to the golf course. Overall incredible experience and would recommend to anyone!

Tim and Caitlin were easy to communicate with, and they worked with me to resolve a snag in our checkin process easily. The home is very nicely decorated and furnished, if slightly cluttered with children’s toys, which were mostly out of the way. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for, and the communication with Tim and Caitlin was excellent!

This house is perfect for large groups! 4 bedrooms left us with plenty of space for everyone. The house a nice deck as well as indoor and outdoor seating. A very short drive to get anywhere in montauk. Overall great house and a great location

Been going to Montauk forever but hotels have gotten crazy expensive. This was not only reasonable but offered great amenities. It was spacious, new kitchen, beautiful property,near the golf course and easy ride to town and beaches. It's the perfect home base for any time spent on the East End. Definitely plan to return.

Stayed at this lovely Montauk home with my family over the summer. The house was newly renovated and very clean. It had a large deck and a new grill. The house was located on a quiet block, a short walk from the golf course. It also had a large backyard for my kids to play in. Very peaceful and calm setting, perfect for a relaxing family week at the beach. The owner was very responsive and reasonable to deal with.,

This newly renovated property was spacious and true to the listing. The deck was large, the grill was new and up to the task, and the backyard was huge and well maintained. The location was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to the restaurants and activities in town. Overall, I would rent this property again. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful views, spacious, and newly renovated. Took in the serenity of the golf course and the luxury of being a mile from the beach/ home. We will return!
