We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is beautiful and well equipped with all the comforts of home! The pool and hot tub are a short walk and the condo is across from the club house and driving range. We enjoyed using the bikes to bike around the property. The owner has excellent communication for anything you need. We hiked Tahquitz Canyon and Bump and Grind locally. We also hiked at Joshua Tree and went golfing. The weather was beautiful. One of the best parts was all of the friendly people we met at the pool, hiking and golfing. This is a very welcoming place that we hope to return to.

The area was beautiful. The condo was clean and comfortable. Robert was very easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay! We will most definitely comeback again. Is a nice place!

We flew to meet up with our family for an early Christmas. Bob’s place was a great, low-key space for connecting and enjoying things in the Palm Desert area. Pickleball and the patio/proximity to the pool were highlights. Enjoyed the welcome basket and all the thoughtful things that were available to enhance our stay. Great place!

Headed to Palm Springs for a friends wedding and this location was perfect for us. Centered in a quiet resort in Palm Desert it provided a nice retreat for us while also putting us near to all the restaurants and things we wanted to do. Bob provided excellent and easy to follow instructions for check-in/out. He also reached out to ensure that the property was to our liking and we weren’t missing anything after we had checked in. A lovely property in a nice location with a great host. We will return.

My family (husband and 2 boys, 11&7), stayed the week here in Palm Desert. The unit was the perfect size for us and it was a great location. My husband is a golfer so he and my oldest loved being able to walk out to the driving range. We also loved the pool table in the garage and how easy it was to walk to the pool . The unit was clean and Bob was easy to get a hold of. Definitely plan to stay here in the future again.

We had a great weekend at this location. We meet once a year and spend most of the time catching up. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and talking. The weather was perfect and the view of the mountains was beautiful. The home was comfortable and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the pool as well. I would definitely stay there again.

This condo is nicely located near the pool, and hot tub as well as a short walk (or drive) to golf course. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Shower was wonderful, with great water pressure. We also enjoyed using the ping-pong table in the evenings. Nice set up on patio with couch, chairs, grill and table. Bob was a great host, and communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. We will stay here again next time we are in Palm Desert.

Arrived with a buddy for a golf getaway. The unit comes as advertised - very clean, nice kitchen, big TV and comfortable couches. Steps away from the pool and hot tub, it makes for a great retreat after golf. Bob was very easy to deal with and accommodative. Will rebook.

The home was well equipped for all of our needs and Bob was very helpful all through the process and responded to our text messages promptly whenever we had questions. We will definitely come back next time we plan a trip to Palm Desert!

Our host Bob, was very prompt with communication. The property was in a gated community and the condo was well laid out and well stocked. One extra perk was the basket on the counter that had various snacks, beverages, and treats that were available. We contributed to this basket when we left for the next guests. The large patio overlooking the large lawn area was very relaxing. The layout of the condo was perfect for two couples as each bedroom was located on the opposite side of the living and kitchen areas. Each bedroom had a walk-in closet with an extra cot for additional guests if needed. The garage had a few bicycles, which we took for a neighborhood ride one afternoon. The community is also across the street from the golf course which was convenient for an early tee time one morning. We also enjoyed setting up the ping pong table when we stayed in one evening. We would definitely return to this property. Great host, comfy space, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. Bob was wonderful and left a basketful of goodies including a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were just a short walk from the back door. The bed was comfortable and the back deck had everything you could want including comfortable chairs, dining table and 2 lounge chairs.

The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. We made use of the two roll away beds on offer in order to accommodate our party of six. No complaints with the check in/out, and the owner was available via text. If there was one concern it was that the patio and fire pit area was dirty with leaves and debris.

The unit was as described and the owner was very responsive. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings. The place could use a good cleaning and clearing of clutter that is present.

Excellent property with tons of amenities. Plenary of space and updated interior. Very comfortable. Great location. Short drive to Indian Wells! This has it all! Golf, tennis, pickle ball, pool, and fantastic views! Owner was great to work with! We will definitely be back!!

Lovely two-bedroom condo., conveniently located. Friendly neighborhood, quiet and clean. Comfy beds, great patio furniture, close to the pool, and real-wood fire pit! Golf course is in great shape. Pickleball courts (8) at Freedom Park are welcome to all levels. Bob is quick to respond to all questions and needs!

This was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. Did lots of cooking, golfing, and relaxing, inside and out. The patio is so comfortable with a great grill and a very short walk to the pool and hot tub. Bob is a generous, thoughtful host (thanks for the golf tips!) and we hope to stay with him again.

I had a fantastic time with my family in this lovely condo. The condo was beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need plus more, all one has to do is bring your clothes. Bob had everything available that one could possibly need or want. There was a beautiful welcome basket and nice bottle of wine when we arrived a nice surprise. Bob was always available should we have needed him. I highly recommend anyone in a need of a place in the dessert to stay to check Bob’s place. Thank you Bob for a pleasant stay.
