The classic Shingle style exterior gives no hint of the contemporary interior. This modern and relaxing beach house decorated by Alejandro Alcocer reveals the soothing power of simplicity. The house has a large daylight filled connected airy living room, flat screen Apple TV, IPOD stereo and WiFi Internet access, dining and modern gourmet kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a private outdoor shower. Bedrooms: #1 Master bedroom (1 queen bed ) is located on the ground level with private deck and travertine tiled bathroom. . #2 The second bedroom (2 twin bed ) downstairs includes separate baths, flat screen Apple TV and built in closet, #3 the third bedroom (1 queen bed) on the upper level, has views over Montauk’s preserve landscapes and ocean view. The brand new kitchen features all new appliances: Gagennau Stove, Miele convection Oven, SUB- ZERO refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, wine cooler fridge, small fridge for drinks, espresso machine, All-Clad cookware and a breakfast bar It is a perfect summer beach house for the whole family with 2 large outdoor decks, and outdoor shower in surrounding trees. The deck has outdoor dining tables, and Weber charcoal Kettle Grill. Amenities include-high speed Wi-Fi, 2 Flat Screen, Apple TV, Bike usage, Beach chairs, Bosch Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer. Short walk to Montauk village, a 5 minutes bike ride to Ditch Plains beach, 2 minutes train station and Jitney, and minutes from all of Montauk's great restaurants and entertainment- The Montauk Beach House, The Surf Lodge, The Crows Nest, Ruschmeyers, Navy Beach, Swallow East, Ditch Witch, La Bodega. Bosch Washer and Bosch Dryer are located in the basement. 2-3 bikes on the premise. Suitability: Long-term Renters Welcome, Minimum Age Limit for Renters, children welcome, non smoking only, no pets, suitable for elderly or family with kids. East Hampton town regulations for 2020 are as follow: 1.) 28 nights booking MINIMUM in season 2.) NOT more than 4 unrelated adults 3.) Not more than 6 people including kids 4.) Beautiful spacious quiet home literally right outside of Montauk! Short walk/bike ride to the beach. Great back yard to grill and hang out. The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet as well. Hope to get back soon!

Staying at this house was such a pleasure! There is ample light and space. The house is perfectly nestled into a small hillside slightly away from the road which provides quiet and privacy. It is an easy walk or bike ride to town and to the beach. Not having to drive everywhere just added to the feeling of being on vacation. The house has all that you could need and a fantastic open kitchen which was great for preparing easy meals with the family. The host/homeowner is lovely, professional and responsible and made sure that all of our need were met. We had so few needs because the house was already perfect!

We stayed in this wonderful house in Summer 2015 during a trip to NYC + the US. It was the highlight of the summer vacation. I was there with my son and some friends. The owner was friendly and helpful, and one could feel the warmth she put into the beautiful, airy property. Whether it was having breakfast on the deck, taking a nice shower outdoors after a perfect day at the beach or just chilling out in the evenings and cooking with friends, every detail made us feel at home and relaxed. It is also very well located, so you can walk to town, if you so please or ride bikes to the beach. We are looking forward to staying there again one day.

perfect for family , close to the beaches and town and restaurants. Perfect neighborhood quiet and serene. Property was clean and well maintained and Martina is the best at making you feel at home and taken care of. I would highly recommend the property to friends and relatives.

we had a great time in this wonderful, charming desiger beachhouse, full of light. The house has very nice details, all new, an entertainmentsystem, with open kitchen well equipped to entertain. It was perfect for our family vaction. Sunny Porch and the long dining table, chillout space, it brings the family together... Kids can ride the bikes to the beach and to town, you could also walk! Will be here again soon. Frank

My family rented this gorgeous home for an entire month over the summer vacation. We had an incredibly relaxing stay and the house was a great design for us and three children. Downstairs is particularly special- open, light, and airy all day. The house is elevated and each evening cooled by breezes so we had no need to use the air conditioning system during our entire stay. The kitchen is very well designed and equipped and a pleasure to prepare food in. The house is just a perfect beach holiday home!

The house is amazing and filled with light - the ground floor has an open plan and feels like a huge Manhattan loft. There is an open kitchen with a dining table that easily seats 12 people. The house with hand crafted furniture is so beautiful that one almost hopes for bad weather so that you can spend more time inside! There is a lot of attention to detail everywhere even the towel hooks are handmade with wood and leather! The house is on top of a small hill and surrounded by a large garden. The back garden even has a separate sleeping shack, perfect for a romantic couple or for the kids. The location is on a quiet street, a 10 min bike ride to the beach and even closer to the main street in Montauk with all the restaurants and shopping. All in all, we had a great time and would go back anytime!

I Highly recommend this property, Martina the owner is a joy to deal with and the home its spacious,bright and warm. it's located close enough to town and Beach (walking distance) and away from the bars and noise. It's brand new with custom made furniture and great kitchen!
