Balcony area was lovely, appreciated the accessibility features. Great for such a last minute booking, staff were very accommodating and friendly re dietary issues
Double bed mattress was a bit firm and the folding sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable

The location.
Comfortable bed and our housemaid was a sweetie
The attached pub is lovely with good food and service.
Too much stuff in the very small rooms. No need for 3 boxes as tables, fold up table and a very large bedside lamp. The deck only needs 2 chairs. Not 4.
It would have been good to open a window securely for ventilation.
Having the rubbish skip right by the entrance to the rooms is not a good look

Room clean. Good extras like bottled water, biscuits. Food in pub was lovely. Staff very attentive and friendly.
Noise from function room was loud and thumping till late. Had to put tv on in room to drown it out and then earplugs to sleep. Had to rummage in cupboards in hall to find hairdryers. No wifi.
