Great breakfast, rooms very modern, pub next door had great selection of food for evening meal. Staff friendly. Location 5 minutes off M4 motorway was ideal.
Our room 11. The tap on the bathroom sink was very loose, i did mention it to reception on leaving. They said they knew about it, but didnt think it was as bad. Also, whoever was in the room above us, stomped around so much that the roof above us shook. I would suggest thicker carpets in upstairs bedrooms, if i stayed again, my tip would be, ask for an upstairs room.

Great location just outside Wootton Bassett. Near motorway. Bedrooms separate from pub next door so no noise.
Breakfast was too early 7am to 9am.
Felt like you were being pushed to eat quickly so they could clear away as soon as possible.

The Staff in the pub, where we had dinner, were extremely helpful and professional, especially Hazel our Waitress. I have to eat a special diet and she went to and from our table to the kitchen to ensure that they only served me food that wouldn't make me ill. I was extremely impressed at her diligence. The Full English breakfast was also well cooked, fresh and non greasy and all the Staff that we encountered at Reception in the hotel part and in the pub restaurant were lovely!
