Stunning location, great views from the room.
Delicious dinner and friendly staff
The hotel was being refurbished (would have been good to have been told), the room decor was very old fashioned, wallpaper falling off. The room had two dead flies on the windowsill and I found a hair in the sink.

Lovely location!
Restaurant was a bit hit and miss. Food was below average! Don't have the burger!

The hotel is in an exceptional location, we’ve stayed here several times over the years but the standard of service has slipped. Still high end prices but tired rooms, restaurant was exceptionally cold and the food average. In the past this was a great place to stay but the standard has definitely dropped. Staff were fantastic so it’s clearly a management problem
Cold, tired rooms, average food
