About this house rental
Located in Mammoth Lakes, this charming house for $762 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This beautiful 4 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom renovated townhome sleeps 14 and is steps from the slopes at Eagle Lodge. The home features amazing views of the Sherwins right from the couch of the living room. Relax by the gas fireplace or private jacuzzi located on the back deck, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area with seating for 8, and an additional 3 at the bar. The kitchen features all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse style sink. The spacious living room offers a secondary dining or game table area, along with two comfortable couches to cozy up around the fireplace and watch the large flatscreen TV. The loft is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out and watch TV with their own private space. The townhome features two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, attached remodeled bathroom with shower and separate tub, and private access to the outdoor jacuzzi. The second master bedroom has a King bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom (also recently updated) with tub/shower combo. On the middle level is a laundry area with private washer and dryer if you must get the chores done! The third bedroom has a Queen bed and flat screen TV, while the fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with a Twin on top and Double on the bottom and an additional Twin bed (for a total of 2 Twins and 1 Double), perfect for the kids! There is a 4th updated full bathroom on the lower level with shower/bathtub combo. The loft area features a Queen size daybed which also doubles as an additional seating area for relaxing, a Twin bed with a trundle for a total of 2 Twins and flatscreen TV. A full bathroom with shower located at the entry level. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, 2 outdoor parking spaces in the driveway, and is 4 levels inside, and a private BBQ. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Loved the space. Kitchen amenities were fantastic. The dishwasher did not work reliably. The dryer also did not work. The dryer would run but there wasn't any heat so the clothes didn't dry. I am very surprised there were no bicycles available for guests to use. That would have elevated our experience substantially. We really needed more light in the bottom floor rooms. The hot tub balcony had no lights and the lights on the hot tub itself did not work. So overall a positive experience but there are some fixes that are needed around the house.

Awesome stay to house my large group. Kitchen was well supplied so we could cook great meals. To access the slopes, it's a short 50 yard walk from the front door - amazing.
Only complaint was that the wifi was very very poor. This made working from the condo very challenging and frustrating. Hoping the host can fix this asap for future guests.
Overall, wonderful stay, and would come again. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time. Lots of room for our group to enjoy together time and still have their own space. Great atmosphere. It snowed while we were visiting and sitting in the hot tub at the same time was magical. Property was located close enough to town but still felt like we were in the woods.

perfect location for a skiing
Walk to the hill and ski or board down to the Eagle lodge, its that easy.
Place is several bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it very easy for a larger group to enjoy the stay.
The kitchen could be a bit better stocked, but overall it worked.
This was our second time staying and would go back again for another trip for sure.

This property is a great place to stay especially if you have a larger group. The rooms were spacious, the loft was semi private, and the kitchen and living layouts were great. The view from the windows were beautiful especially in the snow.
If it’s snowing, and you don’t have an all wheel drive or snow tires, just make sure to take the uphill drive to the property a little quicker just to get through the incline part. Once we figured out the technique, it was easy.
Last tip: Apparently there’s a shortcut to Eagle. If you’re inside the property coming out, you’ll want to make a left and go straight up the small hill - from there it should be a 4-5 min walk to Eagle which sure beats looking for parking.

We had a mixed experience
We had a mixed experience staying at the Bridges #5. The condo was spacious and well appointed. For the price I would have expected some basic staples to be available at check-in. Because we arrived during a snowstorm, we could not get to the market for a day. It would have been good to have basic spices, sugar, a small amount of laundry detergent, dish towels, etc. We originally rented a car to find out that you needed chains to drive on the highway. Luckily we were able to get a ride from Mammoth Taxi. Later we learned that there was no public transportation to get us into town and on a few occasions, the mountain closed due to wind and we were stranded at the bottom of Eagle Lodge with no way back. Even taxis were difficult to find during the storm and some would not go up to our road.
What was described of ski on ski off was actually a short walk down the road and a climb over a huge snow bank and across a snowy path carrying your skis. This was manageable but could be difficult for smaller children or older adults. The snow also complicated things because our check in was delayed until 7:00 and we were left stranded outside waiting to get in.
We enjoyed the hot tub. It wasn’t working when we got there but they had someone fix it shortly after we called.
I would not stay there again. It would probably work for someone who drove from California, had their own 4W drive car with chains, and could easily access groceries for cooking as Covid limited our dining out options.

Overall great place. A few issues with dirty dishes and spa water level was too low so after using it a couple times the heater shut off. I feel house keeping should be checking these things. Management was quick to respond to all emails regarding any issues

Great family reunion spot!!
House was short (20 minutes) wailing distance to restaurants, outdoor activities, entertainment!
Great large table with room for all 11 of us to eat together. Love the hot tub! Beautiful area to explore. We enjoyed local live entertainment, great food, hiking, shopping, birthday massages and gondola rides over 11,000 feet. Kids can’t wait to return and plan to rent bikes and go fishing in one of the many lakes in the area the next time we visit.

-There was no A/C so it was very hot, even with the windows open.
-The master bedroom TV didnt allow much to watch because someone had locked out most of the programs with a pin that could not be reset.
-There are A LOT of stairs which I feel should have been mentioned in the listing so you are prepared if you are bringing toddlers or older folks.
-There was a utility room/basement that should probably be locked because it is very dangerous for children. There are steep drop offs and sharp objects that should bot be accessible.

Okay place, poor customer service
The place itself definitely lived up to online pictures, with plenty of space for our group. We were pretty disappointed with the customer service. Our WiFi was not functional the entire week and they were not able to resolve the issue or show urgency around getting it fixed. We also had a window break and instead of fixing it, they just told us we couldn’t open it anymore, which made us very hot at night. Overall, every time we called they were showed little care or urgency around resolving our issues.

Great location and the best views! We had more adults in our group than children so the sleeping situation wasn’t ideal, however, the living area was perfect for our large group. The photos make it look like everything is updated but all the showers and bathtubs are not- really our only complaint .

Townhouse was very good. Great location. Minor issues, but still very good. Property Manager, Mammoth Sierra was not very helpful and Looking at past reviews the same issues were there not taken care of (eg broken screens and window openers). So if I was the owner I would look for a new property manager.

Overall, the unit is nice enough, with lots of space for our extended family. But we had two major issues: first, the jnit had a number of windows that did not operate properly. In fact, one of them was almost falling off the hinges when we tried opening them; others would not open or had screens that were falling off. So, the garbage disposal did not work when we got there, and the lock to the downstairs bathroom, which had to be shared by two bedrooms, dkd not work. Second, pretty mediocre customer service from the management company. I called them the first day, right agree we arrived, to note these issues and to ask that the garbage disposal at least be fixed. I called again the next morning. No response whatsoever. I had to drive down to the management company to let them know, and they said they would send someone - I asked to be called when the maintenance worker had left so we could return to thr unit, but there was no call or follow up whatsoever. I would have expected better communication at the least.

Great place to stay with 10 people.
Close to all in Mammoth. We had 9 guys on our 14th annual guy trip and this place was great to stay. We went golfing, fishing and hiking and many of the local restaurants. We cooked in as well the kitchen is nice.

Wonderful Weekend in Mammoth
My family and I had a great time staying at this property in Mammoth. The house was great, perfect for large families with plenty of room on the main floor for entertaining everyone. The location was great, close to hiking trails, twin lakes and the village is an easy down bike ride. Would highly recommend it to others and will definitely stay again.
