About this condo rental
Nestled in Barcelona, this lovely condo for $390 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This beautiful and bright apartment is located in a building that has been in my family for several generations. It has been completely renovated in the year 2015. It is located in the heart of the city of Barcelona, in Plaza Urquinaona 5 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, the heart of the city. It sleeps 6 people, and are available as follows: Entering the apartment, we find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob to cook comfortably, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking just like you would at home . The dining room located in a beautiful independent living, has a modern and comprehensive table that seats 6 people. From the dining room through a beautiful stained glass window, we enter a spacious lounge where you can relax after an exhausting day, it has two comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed with double mattress quality. For those moments of entertainment features a 37 "TV with satellite connection to enjoy a variety of channels. The apartment has two suites, with an in-room bathroom. The first, which is accessed from the dining room has two single beds and a large closet where you can store all luggage without problem. The main room with balcony, which is accessed from the lounge has a comfortable double bed large and large closet to store everything you need. The two bathrooms have a shower and the master bedroom has bidet. HOUSE'S RULES: - It will not be possible to accommodate more guests than indicated when confirming the reservation. - Respect the content and continent of the apartment. - You must keep clean and respect all the elements of the common areas. In this sense, will ensure close the door gateway to the streets in their exits and entrances, as well as the elevator doors closed once it has been used. - Respect the maximum capacity of people established for the elevator. - Respect the neighbors. Do not make loud noises that may bother from 10pm until 8am. - It is not allowed to hang towels on the balconies. - Parties are not allowed. - No pets allowed. - Smoking is not allowed. - Drugs are not allowed. - All equipment and machines in the apartment must function properly. If not, I will do my best to fix it urgently. But no refund will be issued. - Failure to comply with these rules of coexistence that results in damage or harm to the community or to housing will imply total loss of the amount deposited as a deposit. - An extra € 20 will be charged for a check-in after 22:00 and € 40 for check-in after 00:00, which will be paid in cash upon delivery of keys. - And most importantly, enjoy your stay! PRACTICAL TIPS Close the apartment door with a key every time you go out to visit the city. To close the apartment door securely, turn the key clockwise twice. The instructions are attached to the inside of the access door to the apartment.

We spent a week in Barcelona with our two adult children and this apartment was perfect! The location is wonderful and the apartment is comfortable and provides all amenities. Antonio was so easy to deal with and very helpful about providing us with restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location for our visit. It was convenient to almost everything yet on a quiet neighborhood street. There is a great grocery right across the street and cabs were readily available when needed, too. The apartment was roomy and perfect for two couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. Antonio is a good host. He met us at the unit when we arrived to give us an orientation and was always available and responsive before and during our visit. One note for people with physical limitations. There is an elevator, but there are two steps to access it. There are also step-ups in both bathrooms. It was not an issue for us but might be for those with limited mobility.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s apartment. He was very helpful with the check-in process, even with us arriving past 11pm. The location was perfect for us. We didn’t want to stay in Las Ramblas, and this area felt very safe and quiet. We walked almost everywhere and when we needed to go further, the metro station was just around the corner. We would stay here again. Thank you Antonio!

Nice apartment. Very conveniently located. Nice restaurants across the street too. Antonio was very helpful and his suggestions for restaurants and the market (left, left, left ;) for the 2-level nice one) were helpful. We had tons of fun seeing all the sights and walked almost everywhere. The dryer was hardly needed since clothes dried quickly hanging outside. The one thing to note is that the front bedroom is quite loud even with all the shutters (including outside ones) closed. Minor but extra towels for a 5-night stay and a spatula (we made breakfast every day) would have been helpful.

The host was extremely helpful with questions that we had about our visit to the area. The apartment is in an excellent location and is within a short walking distance to many sights and restaurants. In addition, the apartment also has convenient access to the metro and bus stops. It was a very spacious accomodation and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding location right near Metro and just short walk to Catalunya Plaza. Apartment was Super clean and meets all needs, kitchen is perfect. Loved the two balconies for street "watching." Highly recommend this amazing two private bedroom experience. Owner took care of a shower concern personally and immediately.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family of four and we found that we were within walking distance for most everything. Our host, Antonio, was also very nice, responsive and helpful. As others mentioned, there is some street noise at night but its a quieter neighborhood so it really wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen was stocked with only the very, very basics but had everything we needed to make a light breakfast (the coffee/tea provided appeared to be whatever was left by the last occupants but there is a grocery store close by). The washer/dryer worked great and was a huge plus.

This apt was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful location and wecould walk to most things. The beds were comfy-everything worked correctly, and it was sure convenient to have a washer/dryer. Antonio even arranged for our taxi to the airport when it was time to leave. The only thing i could say is that the apt is on a sometimes loud street and it was sometimes a bit noisy in the front bedroom. Definitely not a deal breaker and we would definitely try to stay here again. Barcelona and this property are amazing. :)

The apartment was perfect for us. It is close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and we walked everywhere. We only used transportation to Park Güell & the Museum at Montjuic. The host was wonderful.

Lovely apartment in great location of the city. Short walk to Metro station. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only partial negative is the street noise that you can hear from master bedroom. I highly recommend reserving this apartment if coming to Barca.

The unit itself is charming, has a lot of old world architectural details and on a lovely street with lots of quaint coffee, bars, shops nearby. We had wine or coffee many times on the balcony and enjoyed our people watching.
Antonio was very attentive and met us at check in. He was very accessible and responsive and even helped us get a taxi for an early departure to the BCN airport.
Definitely will use this apartment again if we are lucky to get back to Barcelona soon!

Our flight was delayed and although we got at the property at midnight, Antonio was there, communicating with us and welcoming us. He was very easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs. It was an excellent experience. The apartment is spacious and it is located in a wonderful neighborhood, close to all attractions

We, a retired couple, stayed in this apartment for two and a half weeks. Our son-in-law and 14-year-old grandson joined us for the first 10 days. The apartment is very much as it looks in the online presentation. Antonio was excellent with his communication in advance, at the initial arrival and the few times we needed to clarify any items while we were there. The two bedrooms are of similar adequate size, with both being able to be set up as a king size bed or two twin beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One bedroom faces the street; the other an interior open space. The kitchen is well enough equipped to make meals and there were enough basic supplies to get started. The dining area had more than enough room for the four of us. There is some traffic noise at night, but not enough to be an ongoing issue. The apartment was clean when we arrived. It’s well located just a few blocks off the Plaza Catalunya and there are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and other services nearby. It’s in walking distance to most of the downtown sights and close to at least two Metro stops to get to the further destinations. Although it could benefit from a few minor touch ups, overall we were very satisfied with the apartment and would strongly recommend it.

The apartment is very spacious and well situated. We could walk everywhere in a short time. THe kitchen had all items that you might want to use. The only thing that might help is to have instructions in English for the dryer. It took us awhile to figure out that the water reservoir needed emptying.

This apartment couldn’t be in a more perfect location, a few minutes from Placa de Catalunya and the very center of the city. The apartment is even better than it looks in the pictures. The two bedrooms have fabulous beds and the showers are excellent with great water pressure. There is a separate washer and dryer which is unusual in apartments and made our stay even easier.
The owner, Antonio, met us at the apartment, walked us through everything and gave us great restaurant recommendations. He was available at all times and responded to any question almost immediately. A really wonderful host.

The flat is in a perfect location beds are comfortable and it is nice to have a sitting area with ample space. Restaurants near by are wonderful. We enjoyed tapas several times at near by El Mercat. We recommend the Sidecar tour and casa Mila tour along with the Picasso museum.

Highly recommend this extremely well appointed and comfortable apartment! Air conditioning was welcome after warm days touring this magnificent city. The location is fabulous with cafe and pharmacy across the street and two grocery stores within two blocks. Walking distance to best sites and restaurants.

This property is exactly as described on VRBO - actually better than I expected! It's in a very quiet, safe location and the building and apartment are well-appointed, very clean, and comfortable. We were very impressed with our host who met us upon arrival, gave us a brief tour of the place as well as restaurant and market recommendations. We had a few questions during our stay, and our host responded in a very timely manner and was always super helpful. Strongly recommend - it was perfect for my husband and me and our two teenage daughters.
