Located in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $689 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our chateau-style Los Pinos condo, nestled among the pines and aspen, has an outstanding location in the heart of Breckenridge. With its ski-out, walk-in accessibility to the Snowflake lift and short walk (one block +) to the lifts at Beaver Run (Peak 9), skiers will enjoy the convenience of being moments away from their ski adventure. Close proximity to hiking and biking trails make our condo a great place to stay during other seasons of the year as well. Both the free ski and town shuttle buses stop at the end of the street for your convenience. The downtown shops, restaurants and entertainment are just minutes away by foot if you prefer the exercise. Whether stepping into our condo with your ski boots or hiking boots, this is the vacation home you have been seeking! We offer sleeping for up to nine guests in our condo. The master bedroom is up a flight of stairs on its own level and has a large ensuite bathroom, complete with jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and a two-way gas fireplace viewed from both the bedroom and bath. Back on the main floor, the second bedroom has a queen bedroom set and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has its own deck and is furnished with a single bed and a full size bed. The third full bath is a few steps down the hall. Two guests can sleep comfortably on the queen sofa bed in the living room while enjoying the second gas fireplace in the condo. The open floor plan of this condo allows for conversation throughout the living area and the vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness. The deck off of the living room is equipped with comfortable furniture and a Weber gas grill for your use. You'll feel at home and have every convenience at your fingertips in our well-stocked and contemporary kitchen. We have rented townhomes, condos and homes extensively for family vacations and know what amenities we look for in a rental. We have tried to equip our vacation home with those features and more that will make your stay comfortable and provide for all of your needs. Additional amenities include a private heated garage, washer and dryer in the condo and free high speed internet access. There are three TVs with cable access and two DVD players in addition to games and books for our guests' use. Los Pinos provides an outdoor hot tub for owners and guests. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub complex shared by Los Pinos and other properties which is located three blocks away. Not to be overlooked are the numerous comments we receive from guests who are very pleased with the cleanliness of our condo which our caretaker so carefully maintains. When you are taking time to vacation with friends or family, we know the importance of feeling like you have stepped into a warm and welcoming environment. We wanted to enjoy all of Breckenridge and this location was the perfect place for it! Short walk into town (easy on the way into town, little more of an uphill strain on the way home-lol), the short walk to Beaver Run Chair and Snowflake made it ideal for our skiing adventures. The condo was cozy, had all the extra amenities needed (dish soap, laundry detergent, pots, pans, basic spices that it was extremely easy to eat and stay prepared for the hill each day. I definitely recommend a stay here! The heated garage was probably my favorite part of the stay since we kept all our gear warm and prepared for the next days skiing. Thanks for opening your home to us-we loved it.

This condo was perfect for the family of 6 adults. It is an 8 minute walk from the ski lifts as well as lessons that are offered at Beaver Run. The downtown is about a 10 minute walk. The Condo has everything you will need to cook or play games, TV, gas log fireplace. I would highly recommend this condo! It is listed as "Altitude Adjustment."

Fantastic location! We were able to get to the ski lift, stores and shops easily and quickly. Everything we needed was within a few minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were two families with a total of 8 people. It was clean and I’m a very good location. Mike and Karla were kind enough to give us a call and text prior to our arrival and were very responsive when we thought we had an issue with the door lock (turns out our kids kept entering the wrong code).
It is an easy 3 min walk to either the shuttle which can take you to different peaks within Breckenridge or you can ski the traverse which takes you to the Snowflake lift. I recommend just hopping on the free shuttle to get to the Peak of your choice. Returning to the condo can be done via shuttle or ski trail.
We drove into town which is about a 5-10 min drive. I’m sure the shuttle can take you into town but we chose to drive.
Amenities are terrific, 2 gas fire places that are very warm, pull out sofa and a jacuzzi tub. Kitchen had all your basic necessities although we could find any bowls. The heated garage is a very nice feature to melt all that snow off your equipment and save you a trip carrying it up to the condo. We did use the grill which had a full tank of propane and in working order.
Washer and dryer were useful so you can pack less. We did not make use of the hot tub or pool.
Overall it was a great stay with all the amenities and location. The hosts are great and would go back again.

We had an excellent experience. The condo is spacious, clean and has all amenities including a garage. The complex is quiet with a private hot tub. This location is convenient to ski access and the bus route. Also the owners were very easy to book with and stayed in contact to make sure everything went well. I would stay here again

Our group really liked this place. Walk across the street and ski down to the snowflake chairlift. At the end of the day ski close to the start and walk about 50 yards.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We would stay again. Booking was easy and all of our questions were answered. It had a beautiful view. The kids loved all the area activities while the big kids had a blast as well.

Exactly as advertised. Like the closeness to the ski lift. After 1 day jacuzzi stopped working and wasn’t fixed during our stay, but we drove to the other pool and jacuzzi, so no problem.
