The pool and hot tub area overlook the Gulf and the condo building is beautifully maintained. The outdoor shower makes it easy to keep sand outside as you come back from the beach and two large smoker grills are located on the main parking level. Summerhouse is located in the heart of Mexico Beach (between the Driftwood Inn and The Vue) with a bike path right out front. We absolutely loved the condo and being so close to the shops and Shell Shack! The kids loved riding the bikes, and the adults liked that we had an umbrella and chairs waiting on us at the beach! The sauna was amazing!

Best Day was the perfect get away to celebrate my husband’s birthday! We were even greeted with a bottle of wine to celebrate. The condo was very nice with all the amenities you need. Plenty of beach gear provided making it easy to “arrive as you are”. The condo stayed nice and cool for in between lounging on the beach which is just across street with a wonderful view. We will definitely be back and thank you so much for welcoming us on our first trip to Mexico Beach!

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days over spring break. Great location right across the street from the beach. Condo was very clean and well-stocked with amenities as advertised. Our only problem was with the check-in process and initial communication. The welcome email did not include the door code, so we were initially stuck outside the condo with all our luggage, unable to get in. Calls to the numbers listed in the email did not go through (we later learned the manager was out of the country). App/text messages were answered after about 20 minutes of waiting outside and we finally got in. Aside from the initial check-in hassle, the rest of our stay went great.

Best Day at Summerhouse did NOT disappoint!! From the fully stocked kitchen, luxurious furniture, comfy beds, spaciousness and the fabulous views, Best Day left nothing to be desired. We had the pleasure of having our grandkids with us and walking down to the beach was so easy and just steps away! The guest suite had a closet full of beach toys, beach chairs and we even had bikes available for our use. There is a great restaurant right down the street and a food market that had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at Best Day again! April was such a gracious host.

My wife and I brought 4 kids with us to Mexico Beach. The beach itself wasn't crowded and we had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and was decorated so nicely on the inside. We enjoyed the balcony to have morning coffee. We cooked most meals and the kitchen is very well stocked with almost anything needed for cooking. We will definitely be booking again soon.

This condo is so much better in person then what you see in the pictures. Such a nice open layout and kept very clean. We had no issues and April was a wonderful host. The balcony view was so breath taking and only a short walking distance to the beach! We love Mexico beach and will definitely be returning!

Everything went very smoothly from check-in to check-out. Excellent communication from April with instructions. Absolutely no issues! We took advantage of the early check- in for a reasonable fee that was offered. Unit was exactly as pictured, described and expected! Very bright and airy. Side windows, because it is an end unit give extra light. A West Indies vibe complete with plantation shutters and comfortable furnishings. Comfortable mattress in Master and Comfortable sofa and chair with down filled cushions. Plenty of glasses, dishes, serve ware, pots, pans and utensils for preparing and sharing meals. Huge refrigerator with ice-maker! An unobstructed view of the Gulf straight out sliding glass balcony doors! Beach less than a minute walk across the street to gorgeous white sand beaches and great shelling! Elevator for ease of getting up and down from 4th floor. Assigned parking in garage close to the elevator. Best Day at Summerhouse would be an excellent unit for a family-plenty of beds and space. Nice washer and dryer! Short walk to Carribean Coffee for “Waffle Wednesday”, the Sweet Shoppe for ice cream, Mango Marleys and Ace Hardware. City pickle ball courts located very close to the building by City Hall for those who like to play. Farmer’s Market and other seasonal activities located in Parker Park adjacent to Summerhouse. Overall a fabulous month at Best Day at Summer House!
