Property was accurately described. Somewhat deficient in having amenitites like cleaning items, toilet paper which were normally staples in any previous shore homes I rented. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Cozy treelined street, yet steps away from the beach, spacious and clean, very accommodating host! Elevator for luggage was an added bonus. Also breakfast and dinner restaurants all close by. Would highly recommend!

The location and layout of this home was perfect for my family! We loved a short walk to the beach one way or ice cream the other way. Wayne made the check in/out process smooth and was available for any questions throughout the week. 5/5 would recommend.

This was our first time staying at this beautiful home, and we hope to be back! The home was spacious, and we loved having a covered deck. It was a short walk to the beach. The beach nearby is large and not as crowded as other beaches at OCNJ. Wayne made sure it was a smooth check in process and that we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s in a quaint, quiet part of town, walking distance to the boardwalk and parks, shopping, restaurants and beach! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was very sweet, responsive and helpful. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation!

Location was perfect, house was extremely clean and so spacious. You can hear the ocean from the porch and the gardens is a perfect relaxing area to be in. Unit wasn’t on the top floor but the noise above was not bad considering how typical beach houses are!! Price point is super reasonable considering the elevator, space and neighborhood would highly recommend!!!!

This clean, sunlit house is a short walk to the beach in a quiet, relaxing part of Ocean City. The boardwalk and downtown shopping are a very short drive or an easy walk from the house as is the local grocery store. The elevator is a bonus for moving luggage in and out of the house and for making the house easily accessible.

The property was exactly as described and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. We were 2 families traveling together and there was plenty of room. Quick walk down to the beach and boardwalk. Well stocked kitchen came in handy! Wayne was great. Excellent communication!

We spent a few nights in this gorgeous home and loved everything about it! It was so clean, a few minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk, and the owner was so helpful anytime we had a question. There is an elevator to take all your luggage upstairs, spacious rooms, beautiful balconies, everything you could ask for. We will definitely be back!

This is a nice house in a quiet part of town. The owner was very helpful during our stay. Nice big tv in the living room and a great porch with an awning to relax on. For our preferences the beds are a bit too high, we prefer chair height toilets, and the sofa cushion made it tough to stand up from. Overall though 5 stars and a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful place with lots of natural light. The furniture is comfortable and there is ample seating for a family to enjoy good times together. Wayne and Lisa are excellent hosts and were available to answer all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. Our family had a great time here!

Ocean City, NJ, a family resort community is, as you would expect, crowded and busy in the Summer time. Not so much in early December. We just spent 5 days living three blocks from the uncrowded boardwalk and the empty beach. This property was large enough to accommodate our family with out bumping into each other. The elevator was a hit with our elderly family members, and the short walk to the boardwalk was classified as our exercise for the day. We were a short drive from the charming downtown, and we found some great restaurants in what is usually a closed-for-the-season location. Our host, Wayne, was very helpful in answering our questions (like how to turn on the TV!). Out of season, you get basic cable-local news and sports-but no specialty channels, like CNN. Linens are not included, but Wayne will have details about renting from a local company. The best part of staying at this location in early winter is all the holiday lights on display. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation at this property.

We took a last minute trip to Ocean City and this property suited our needs/expectations perfectly. Located in the quiet north end neighborhood, just a block from the beach and boardwalk access. From the deck you can see the ocean as you look down Morningside Rd. Wayne was a gracious host who provided detailed instructions about the property and checked in with us to make sure we were all set.

Annual conference for the USLSSHA was only a few blocks away so made this the ideal place to stay to meet at the Old Life-Saving Station. Those who like the beach, it was only a short walk. Would recommend to others.

The family enjoyed our 2 week stay in the Gardens. The house set up is perfect for multi families. The location was quiet with a short walk to the beach and north end of the boardwalk. The owner was very responsive and polite.

We took our toddler and infant for a week away at Wayne’s house. The house was immaculate and well cared for with tons of updates. Wayne was very kind and accommodating and it shows how much he cares about his properties. Check in process was easy and was thrilled with all the space and storage areas. Neighborhood is beautiful and definitely feels more calm and charming than staying closer to boardwalk. The only thing to be aware of is that when upstairs neighbors or guests are in the top unit the sound can be very loud downtairs. Without kids wouldn’t be too big of a deal but with kids it can be disruptive for naps and early bedttimes. Would absolutely stay again and recommend Wayne’s great hospitality.

The condo was on a very quiet street and had plenty of street parking as well as the driveway for one car. There were six friends that stay at a different shore town every year, but we have been back to Ocean City for the third time. Wayne is very nice to deal with. Gives complete and necessary details for your stay. The condo was very clean and was everything that was listed on the site. We'll definitely be back.

The elevator is definitely a bonus for loading and unloading. Wayne is responsive, courteous, and easy to work with. Check in/out was easy with precise instructions.
