Sehr zentral und einfach super

Einfach alles war toll. Die Lage ist großartig. Zur Haltestelle des Aérobus sind es ca. 200 Meter, ebenfalls zur Plaça Catalunya. Vor dem Hauseingang liegt eine Metrostation, aber auch zu Fuss kann man vieles bequem erreichen. Wenn man sich mal ausruhen oder Einkäufe zwischendurch nach Hause bringen möchte, ist man schnell mit dem Lift im 5. Stock. Die Wohnung war sauber, hat einen hübschen Blick, und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Das grosse Bett ist äusserst bequem. Da im gleichen Gebäude eine Botschaft liegt, ist der Eingang immer bewacht.

Alles war bestens.

Very good

Location is the best. Room is clean and spacy.

Hot water in the shower only comes out for about 5 minutes, so, two persons can't use the shower one after another in a row.

Wonderful location and a cozy and comfortable apartment

Perfect location right off Plaza Catalunya, close to transport, shopping, many restaurants and bars, and a full supermarket only meters away. The apartment was cozy and homely, the air conditioning efficient and beautifully cool, and the bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay at this lovely apartment the next time we are in Barcelona.

A Gem of a place in central Barcelona

Hercules was great; Met us on time and was very friendly. The location of the apartment was perfect - a short distance from everything (We had planned to use the metro but found we didn't need it as we walked everywhere). Great comfy bed. TV with netflix for those hot afternoons. Building security and a great lift to get to the apartment with luggage.

The kitchen was not that well equiped ( eg no frying pan). And the shower screen was in need of replacement / repair as quite mouldy at the base.

Fancy flat in the very centre of Barcelona

The flat is centrally located, close to supermarkets, bus and underground stops, literally five seconds away from Plaza Catalunya. It is an ample studio flat with a kitchen corner, a couch, a dining area and a bathroom. we were welcomed by friendly Hercles, who let us stay longer on our check-out day as the next guests would arrive late. There’s all the cutlery and crockery and towel-ware you could possibly imagine. A washing machine and a dishwasher with cleaning tabs. Nice, exotic pictures on the walls, and a zillion interesting books that we had absolutely no time to browse through. 24h concierge, two lifts, a very fancy building.

Being so centrally located comes with its drawbacks: noise at all times, day and night. Bring good earplugs! The bathtub is a bit old and in need of a revamp, also some kind of curtain would help not expose all parts of your naked body to random people on the stairs if wanting to open the window to let the steam out after having a shower :-)

Superb

Nicely appointed bachelor pad, in a very comfortable/secure building. Apartment was larger than expected and very well located. Great part of town! NB:Hot water tank was sufficient for two average showers, but not much more.

Cosy place it the center of Barcelona

The location is amazing, it is above the Apple and Adidas shops at the corner of plaça de Catalunya and passeig de Gracia, the place is beautiful, very cosy, with everything available (kitchen utensils, selection of tea and the essentials for cooking, hair dryer, plenty of books!!, alarm clock..), one feels like at home.

Everything was perfect, no problems encountered.

i will be back for sure

i will be in Barcelona half a year from now and unfortunately the place is already taken for the relevant days because i wanted already to order it. i arrived earlier than expected because a change in my flight and they helped me by allowing me to leave the luggage there while they finished to prepare the apartment and in the moment it was ready i got it even that it was few hours before the checkin time. the location is exceptional. i was in Barcelona few times and it's by far the best.place i met even better than hotels with all the facilities. i will be back

Pleasant

The location was perfect , the bed and were excellent. The building was elegant, there was securit night and day.

The reception guy was not nice, not a resolutive person. The Apartment was not clean. The wardrobe was full of blankets and duvets, just a few space for our things and clothes.

Superb

The apartment is really nice, spacious, clean and you’ll have everything you need. Gated lobby and there’s a concierge and Security Guard on standby at all time. They also do rounds from time to time. The door system also very secured. No one can get in from outside. Traveling alone, this make me feel very safe. Derek has been amazing and very very helpful. You can literally ask him anything and he will try his best to accommodate! Thanks Derek! What a great host! Location is great, in the middle of the city. Very convenient to go anywhere. I definitely will book this apartment again when i visit BCN again.
