Disappointing
Two of my kids cut their feet on missing pool tiles. There were tiles missing in several places. Our AC didn’t work correctly until day 3. The bathroom ceiling leaked when it rained. The kitten is out dated and yellowed appliances.

An enjoyable relaxing time.
Our unit was cute. The utilities were outdated but the decor was cute.
I liked they had a rinse area coming back from the beach.

expected a better condo for the price I paid
it was clean and has a good location
the mattress sinks , had only 2 toilet paper , one in each bathroom, not enough for 5 nights, base boards on master bathroom were way over the floor which could be a floor level problem. Poor quality silver ware, used a knife to cut a soft cheese and the knife just broke.

great....love that breakfast is a walk away to palenque grill restaurant next door.
what could have been better???? that when realized i left a very valued item was left behind that they would say: "Oh yes Mrs Cuellar, our great housekeeper turned it in ad we have it here in the office to be picked up!"

Nice but be aware of money grabs and definitely need to join the digital age
Nice pool area with grills available for cooking- beach access and covered parking- unit spacious with stocked kitchen
Building and unit is obviously older but clean and reasonably maintained. check in is 3pm and office closes at 5pm so if can’t check in within that two hour window, you get charged late check in fee. Would prefer to have digital entry- with all check in info left in unit- same with parking passes- can easily be left in unit. Also, Charge $6 each for wristbands to stay on property! this should definitely be included with rental cost! If you are paying to stay there why aren’t you allowed on property without wristband? Money grab for sure

Great place that offers a lot!
The condo was really cute and had nice decor. I like that this condo facility offers a big pool, several BBQ pits, a playground, basketball court, gym, playroom with pool, air hockey, to name a few, and private walk to the beach. The managers are good about making sure only guests use the pool. It’s gated and feels safe enough.
The condo we used was so nice, but they forgot a couple of things like hiring a good cleaning service. The bathroom sinks had mold around the drain that grossed me out so much I went out of my way to clean because of how gross it was looking at it every time I washed my hands or brushed my teeth. Both toilets smelled like pee all the time. I mopped and sprayed them down over and over, but they need a good cleaning service to get the stink out. The kitchen had some rusty utensils so that isn’t safe. The condo only gave us 6 white towels total so none for the pool and we had to wash them often between my family of 4. If they did a better job of cleaning the unit I would’ve been happier to rate it better. It’s a really nice condo, but you guys need a better cleaning service. You charge over $150 for them to “sanitize” between clients, but you’re not seeing what they do and I think it’s not getting cleaned properly and safely.
