Located in classic Modernist Eixample building close to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, near to several metro, train and bus lines, and many shops and restaurants and municipal market Sant Antoni. The tourist tax is included in the price: € 5.00 per person/night. It will not be requested once you arrive to the apartment. Nice neighborhood of Eixample, very near of the best known avenues and squares. You are at a few minutes from Paseo de Gracia, or from Plaça de Espanya; the Feria de Barcelona, which you can visit many exhibitions and fairs. Comfortable and functional flat. A very cozy place completely furnished, placed in the heart of Barcelona. Ideal for couples (or families with children) that want to know Barcelona, at 10 minutes form the beach, and at 5 minutes from the Paseo de Gracia, and de Fairground (Plaza España) Designed spaces to make you feel comfortable from the beginning. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with kitchen wares, multiple coffee machines, etc. All appliances were in great working order. Washer and dryer included.
The beds are comfortable, the living / dining area is bright with the morning sun until early afternoon. The living room window opens for fresh air.
Communications with Eloy were excellent and very timely. And any questions or help I needed he was quick to help us out.
Check in was in person with Carmen and they were able to adjust to our flight delays. Also appreciated the welcome gifts of juice, milk, snacks and olives!
The area is fantastic in that you can walk to most of the Barcelona attractions in 20 minutes in every direction. Subway is a 3 min walk away. Mercat Sant Antoni is 5 min walk away, Lidl and Consum grocery stores are also close 5 minutes. Good restaurants and bakery right around the corner (turn right when leaving the build and turn right again).

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and loved the individual night lights above the beds. The bathrooms had all the amenities and we loved having a washer and dryer. The apartment was cozy and inviting! We appreciated the thoughtful snacks you provided upon our arrival after a long day/night of travel. The housekeeper met us when we arrived to show us how everything worked. The location of this apartment was in a beautiful, quiet and walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spotlessly clean, and kitchen is well-stocked for simple meals. Really appreciated the "welcome basket" with snacks, milk, and juice and an initial coffee supply. Loved having multiple different coffee-making options! :-) Location was really convenient: on a quiet street, ~10-15 minute walk to the old town, and just a few blocks away from stops on two different metro lines and the bus stop for the Aerobus to/from the airport. Check in and check out were very easy, and the apartment owners/managers were very responsive. Loved having a washer and dryer available! No street noise, but could occasionally hear the people upstairs, which is normal (in my view). The shower stall in the main bathroom is quite tiny. I managed fine, but my husband (who is over 6 feet tall) had to open the shower doors to bend down to wash his feet. This did not detract from our stay -- only mentioning if you have big people in your party. We definitely would stay here again on any future trips to Barcelona!

Awesome stay at this extremely comfortable Apartment. Strategic location that allows to walk or connect to public transportation. Easy checking, very clean and well maintained property. Fully equipped with every home furniture and appliance that makes you feel like at home. We really enjoyed our stay in this multi culteral city. The apartment was nice and spacious and had origional modern art ,good quality bed linens small bathrooms but washer and dryer.and well stocked with breakfast items etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Location was perfect, close to everything either walking or by cab. Apartment had many items at the apartment that we wonderful to have like coffee, milk, Orange juice, some nice cookies etc. waiting for us when we arrived. Shampoo. Toothbrushes, soap and other goodies in the bathroom if you needed them. My only complaint was the bedrooms were very warm at night which really doesn’t help us old folks. Loved the whole experience and hope it’s available in October of 2025 when we go back to Barcelona again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for 2 nights prior to a cruise. The location was perfect. Eloy was responsive to questions and even gave helpful info about transportation without me asking. The little touches were appreciated since the airline confiscated my toothpaste cuz it was too big LOL and there was little packets there to get me through until I went to the store. Carmen was super helpful too as she was there to greet us to review locks, washing machine, etc. We stored our luggage there until we had to leave for the cruise. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, quiet, good location, well-equipped. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Apartment is easy to find, near a metro stop and taxi stand. Within walking distance to old city. The bedrooms and bathrooms are VERY small, with no drawers for clothes or places for luggage. Awkward shower.

Our property was very central to Plaça de Catalunya which is very central to tour buses, restaurants and Las Ramblas. It was exactly as described. Our hosts Eloy and Maria were excellent, communication was prompt and extremely helpful. We were early and they did everything to help us store luggage early which was so nice. Carmen, their cleaner met us at doors, explained all about apartment, keys, doors. The hosts also provided all kinds of information on area, tours, restaurants, transportation systems. The Mercador (supermarket ) are a street away but just outside the apartment is a small grocery store, wine/beer store and a store that sells all kinds of hair, body, bathroom articles.Taxis are the best. We had an amazing time in Barcelona and would definitely recommend this property. It also had an elevator. Thank you Eloy and Maria MJP

The apartment was easily accessible via an elevator. There were many kitchen items along with some welcome food items for snacking. The laundry included soap. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome after hot temperatures in the city. We loved the Italian restaurant on the corner. Would absolutely stay there again! Thank you!!

This apartment is close to downtown sights and has a well stocked kitchen for longer stays. It was nice to have some extra treats for our arrival as well. The bathrooms were also well stocked with extra supplies and the use of the washer and dryer was very much appreciated. It was great to have Carmen takes us through where everything was and how it worked. Lastly, it was great that we could leave our luggage in a safe place once we checked out so we could enjoy Barcelona a bit longer without worrying about carrying our bags around.

Lovely property, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The welcome pack was especially thoughtful given we didn't have time to do any shopping on arrival. Air con was great given the hot weekend! Helpful hosts: lots of info on transport and easy check in, even though we arrived very late at night. Very handy location for the airport bus, which stops just a street or two over.

My family and I stayed at this rental a few days prior to a cruise. It was just perfect for my family of 4 and my parents. The apartment was clean, spacious, and it was in a wonderful location. There were several bakeries within just a 5 minute walk which made for delicious breakfasts. And we were just a few minutes taxi ride away from many attractions. Eloy was a most gracious and kind host, very attentive to detail and eager to ensure a comfortable stay for his guests. My father did have some trouble with the front lock (which was fine as long as you knew the trick to opening it). This occurred when me and my family weren't able to make it home to help. When Eloy heard of this, he drove out of his way (30km away!) to the rental to help my dad! To me this is just unheard of in the best possible way. I highly recommend this rental and I would stay at this apartment again without a doubt. Thank you Eloy for providing us a wonderful home away from home while we were in Barcelona!

We loved our stay! We walked to most tourust locations, and we also took a few cabs. Tge apartment has the conveniences of home & more including toothpaste & toothbrush! we loved the towels, beds we’re comfortable, and air conditioning made ot even more comfortable. host was easy ti communicate with. Yummy Espresso machine, too.

We loved staying at this property! It was central to everything. It was very spacious for our family. We loved having three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Check in was easy and communication with the host was great - they were very responsive. We greatly appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities!!! Everyone in our family loved staying there. Well located within 5 mins walk of 2 Metro stations (Sant Antoni & Urgell) giving good travel options around the City. That said there are many places that can be reached within a half-hour walk. You certainly shouldn't need a hire car.
The apartment had been well cleaned & there were plenty of waste bags available for the rubbish through the week.
WiFi was adequate but struggled with HD streaming, great that the aircon cost is included & with no windows you will want open is really critical.
Plenty of convenience store/supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
Carmen the housekeeper who welcomed us was friendly enough but does not speak English, though Eloy had assured us he would be available if required.
Only negative about the apartment is lack of any drawer space in the bedrooms, plenty of hangers though!
A a couple of words of warning, the places you will want to see when in Barcelona all have reasonably significant entry fees as a family of 4 we spend well over 500€ on entry fees alone + 150€ for us all to have a 5-day Metro pass. The attractions book up quickly so decide your itinerary early in your stay & book your tickets online.

Great location within walking distance to train station and restaurants. Very clean with a nice common area to gather. Check in and out were easy and Carmen was very helpful showing us the unit and how to access the room and building. Would highly recommend!!
