Все супер, рекомендую!

Понравилось абсолютно всё !!! Начиная от хозяина( дождался нас , хотя мы задержались в дороге и прибыли только в 21.00, встретил (мы заехали не в тот шлагбаум) , помог с сумками, в общем таких отзывчивых и позитивных и располагающих к себе людей встретишь не часто. Расположение просто супер, все рядом( крепость Нарикала, ботанический сад, мать Грузия, бани, и еще много всего). Чистота стерильная😀 все есть для комфортного отдыха, отдельное спасибо домохозяйке ( вещи и постираны и высушены 👍👍 если приеду остановлюсь снова, я на 1000% рекомендую данную квартиру.

Good location, nice room

Location was very good, room was very clean, room and the bathroom was big enough. The owner was very helpful.

Bed was not very comfortable, There was noise problem in the room.

Amazing friendly hostess, very good room facilities and such a big room with own backyard.

Unexpected to have a religious building (with quite loud ceremonies at night time, and crowds) right in front of the room entrance. Also, complicated taxi and delivery access due to the restricted street access. The tourist street also is a magnet for indecent people such as beggars.

- disgusting smell in the bathroom - room is in the basement - no sun light whatsoever (white doors next to the stairs on the picture) - the owner must have done some trick to take a picture with view from the terrace as it is. surrounded by walls and no view at all

Amazing and comfortable

The place is super nice. In the heart of Tbilisi on an uphill right behind the botanical garden. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. All essential amenities are available. The host is kind and attentive. We had a great time!

The most important part was , our checkin was early morning but Nick was waiting for us to handover yje keys and gave us brief explanation about the facilities. Great location with all that a family needs to stay for couple of days. We loved it and highly recommend for families . STAY & ENJOY TIBLISI

Quiet at night, great people, very clean room. My daughter loved the place. she often said “I wanna go back to the pretty hotel.” 😊 air was clean comparing to the city because of it’s location. easy access to many tourist spot. we especially liked botanical garden.There is a place where children can play with playground equipment. they were clean and well maintained.

The apartment complex is located in the heart of Tbilisi, just 1 min away from the Botanical Garden, close to all possible restaurants and lovely streeets. The owner is a very nice and friendly person, as well as his colleague who helped us by checking in. The room was quite big, with a fully equipped kitchen, with enough of dishes to accommodate 2-4 people. The bathroom was also very nice. Thanks a lot for the pleasant time at your place :)

Everything was good. From space to facilities to host. I would consider staying here again as I really liked the apartment itself and it was walking distance to the very centre of town and close to restaurants, the sulfur baths, and right next to botanical garden :)

The ONLY thing that I can pick on is a bit about the location. So the house is a few mins uphill walking and to get to center of town you have to walk back down. Which means if you frequently get out of the house to grab something outside and get back to the house, then it can get annoying/tiring. Also if you don't have a car, it'd mean getting your luggage uphill by walking which not suitable for older people. We had a car and a young couple so no big issue for us at all but thought useful for others to know in case it affects them! Also there is a barrier to go uphill and it's a two way alley but only one lane. So if you are travelling by car and constantly want to get in and out by car ... then it can get annoying. Again, we did not face much of this because we avoided it intentionally but good to consider in case it affects you. I would still consider staying here again as I really liked the apartment itself and it was walking distance to the very centre of town and close to restaurants, the sulfur baths, and right next to botanical garden :)

Location is absolutely right in Tbilisi center. Property is very clean and well maintained. Has kitchen facilities as well. Safe surrounding with an amazing restaurant nearby where breakfast,lunch and dinner are excellent

Amazing apartment in the heart of Tbilisi!!! Very beautiful room, very confortable bed and linen. excellent shower and super clean!! Many amenities in the room as a small cooktop, fridge, iron, etc. excellent location and great communication with the staff, always available and helpful!!
