I would stay here again.

Great location, nice staff, delicious breakfast, quiet.

It took a long time (about 5 mins) for faucet to produce warm water.

Character property, great location and delicious food.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff, lovely breakfast with a view and welcome cookies on arrival. Character room and parking at the rear of the property. Location convenient for tourist attractions and restaurants.

Small bathroom, bed was a bit soft but comfortable. No temperature control in the room, so quite warm at night. Some noise from the room above.

Heidi was a wonderful, full of life host that made you feel truly welcome. She cooks an amazing breakfast in an upper floor dining room with a great view.

Fabulous and quaint stay - convenient to everything !

Our room/suite was cozy and super comfortable . We thoroughly enjoyed our time there - the staff and breakfast were great too !!! We wish we could have stayed longer !

My go to B&B for Newport now

Lovely. Exceeded all expectations. Stayed in Victoria's room. Breakfast, made to order was outstanding. Heidi, the innkeeper was wonderful. Easy walk to all attractions.

Superb

My stay was very comfortable. I opted for the Estella suite. It's nice sitting in the jacuzzi tub while looking at the gas fireplace. The tub is very large, enough room for two and I'm 6'3'. The bed was very comfortable. Heidi was great. She was filled with great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She even shared a few interesting stories historic to Newport. Being able to walk to many great shops and restaurants was a huge plus.

The home was beautiful and in a central location close to everything. Heidi, our host, was awesome!

Overall, a positive experience.

Great location, close to Newport attractions. Breakfast was very good, accommodating to food allergies.

fireplace in room wasn’t working properly and there were signs that housekeeping didn’t do a thorough job.

It’s a great value if traveling to Newport out of season. I’ve spent far more for less.

Our room was well kept and despite the building being rather old (as is the case with much of Newport, though was put into accommodating for the age of the building. It’s also a classier decor than you might find in a more ostentatiously decorated B&B.

Nice couples getaway place.

Breakfast was excellent with a nice view of the water. Location was great for walking to most local tourist sights.

Special stay for a special occasion, 40th anniversary.

The breakfast was delicious. Made to order. Manager was so friendly, chatting.

Good place to stay close to downtown.

Location was great for walking to restaurants. Heidi makes a great breakfast, and the view from the breakfast room was wonderful!

With windows open for fresh air, Spring street has a lot of traffic noise.

The stairs to the breakfast room were a challenge. The refrigerator downstairs was barely replenished. Never any cream for coffee and bottled water was scarce. No real closet. Room too small

Very good

Great location! Literally one block from Thames St which is where all the action is. Very comfy bed. We’re old and wake up with an aching back unless mattress is good. no aches!

I recommend offering a choice of bread in the morning. Only white! no whole wheat or rye ☹️
