Simply perfect

Everything about this is great! The location super, literally in Spanish Steps, super clean, with all the facilities and amazing modern decor. For sure we will recommend and visit again. Grazie Mille!

The air-conditioner didn't work ! It was middle of July super hot , and we staid there with ventilators.

The location.

Noisy, not only from the location but also from the neighbors. We had a problem with the hot water which we had to deal with ourselves. We only got guidance from the staff. For 3 days they didn't change our sheets, they only asked us about the towels. There is no place to leave your luggage. Everything was on the ground as there are no shelves in the wardrobes. There is nowhere to hang your wet towels after a bath to dry.

The location is amazing.The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was refrigerator in the room which we used. Outside the room coffee machine with some sweets and crackers.

No place to put luggage before check in and after check out and we used lockers 4 minutes from the hotel.

The property is in an amazing location. Right in the grooviest part of town. The beds are comfortable and for the location it’s very quiet.

The initial entry into the property is too complicated and if you don’t have a phone impossible. Identifying where the property is in the building is challenging if you didn’t look carefully. There were no cups or water to make a cup of tea. There were no glasses to drink from. There was no safe in the room. The soap and conditioner bottles which were glued yo the wall in cheap holders fell off. The shower drained really slowly so you were standing in water after 30 secs.

it was perfectly located approx 1 minute walk to the Spanish steps , very clean , it’s just a single room with 2 beds but it was enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 15’

it was very pleasant

the location was amazing

it was very difficult the first day to get into the building because I didn’t have data on my phone yet, so I couldn’t access to the link to open the door… but I asked someone on the street to let me use their phone to call the hotel and thank god they were super nice with it and the hotel staff was super kind and helpful and let my mom and I go in

wonderful location

a bit noisy , has no body mirror in the room has no place to store suitcases and does not allow to extend the stay even for an hot. usually, departure time is 11.00-11.30. this place requires leaving at 10.00.

Excellent location, in the very center, the hotel is near the main architectural monuments. The hotel is very beautiful and aristocratic, the rooms are excellent, large, clean, equipped with everything you need. The owner instantly answered all questions on WhatsAp. 100% recommendation

Everything went smoothly and we would return here!

The location was perfect, and the rooms very clean. The host replied to our messages all the time and the check-in was easy to perform. The building was also very nice in a central location, close to the metro station.

Because of the central location, the room was sometimes noisy, but that was expected. The coffee machine was broken, so we couldn't use it although when we booked the property, it was advertised in there.

A very clean property and comfortable property in a very convenient location and we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very spacious for four people. it was very central and convenient and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The air conditioning didn’t work that well but it was ok and it didn’t spoil our stay.

great location, staff was very helpful

the air conditioner would turn to running on low after 30 minutes and it just never really cooled the room down. i had to press the on button over and over again

The property is impeccably clean and spotless. The location is optimal for visiting Rome I love staying here. what I liked the most is the self check in and the technological advancements used to get into the building and room what a fantastic experience!!

Horrible Self Checkin Experience

The location was incredible.

Self checkin DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. And we were not the only one. The ring on the door does not work, nobody answers it. After we checked in and traveled around a little bit we came back around 11PM (we had a train at 7:30AM), we couldn't get in. We called a number and they didn't picked it up. After they picked it up, they couldn't find our reservation (our stuff was already in the room, we spoke at the very same day..) We managed to get in somehow (they can open any door remotely -which is very disturbing) and we realized that some other guests were also not able to get in the building, so we helped them in the middle of the night. We barely had sleep, woke up at 4 AM and left the place. It was a horrible experience.
