Alles in allem war es in Ordnung. Mehr aber auch nicht. Anhand der Bilder haben wir mehr erwartet.

Die Größe des Esszimmers, Bades und Hauptschlafzimmers. Die Lage war für uns als Familie optimal, da wir es ca. 25 min bis zum Strand und 2 min bis zur nächsten Fahrrad-Station hatten. Die Küchenausstattung war okay (lediglich fehlten zwei flache Teller sowie ein Küchenhandtuch und beim Toaster gingen nur 2 von 4 Schlitze).

Das Apartment ist sehr abgenutzt und hätte sauberer sein können (z.B fleckige Bettwäsche und Couch). Die Wände gehören dringend gestrichen. Die vorhandenen Bilder sind nicht aktuell. Die Fernbedienungen haben nur teilweise funktioniert. Einen Handtuchwechsel gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten nicht (auf dem Schild im Bad steht: Wechsel erst nach 7 Tagen). Gerade bei der Fußmatte im Bad sehr problematisch, da man nicht duschen kann ohne diese zu überschwemmen. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig. Wir haben jede Bewegung aus dem Apartment über uns gehört. Das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kinderzimmer) ist sehr klein und man kann dort nur schlafen. Der Esstisch war extrem wackelig und verkratzt.

It was somewhere to stay but not to enjoy

It was hard to like the property because it gave the impression of being unloved by the owners The double bedroom was lovely

The only furnishing for sitting around in the evening was an uncomfortable 3 seater sofa in an otherwise empty space. The dining table wobbled. We were a party of three and I think the apartment could take four, but there were only two plates amongst the crockery. The coffee maker had no instructions and we could not figure it out. No dish towel. The bathroom was generally in a bad state of repair. The sink stand was coming apart at the edges and the walls were dirty and scuffed. There was a lot of noise from the upstairs flat.

A localização correspondeu às nossas necessidades.

A localização era boa e o bairro agradável. Transportes públicos e um bom supermercado e cafés acessiveis a pé. A cama do quarto principal era boa e o quarto de bom tamanho. Não estava incluído pequeno almoço.

Para uma estadia de 7 dias num clima tropical seria agradával poder ter alguma vez lençóis lavados além dos que estavam postos nas camas. Seria útil reforçar o equipamento de cozinha. Também não encontrámos qualquer equipamento de limpeza, pá, vassoura ou aspirador. Acabámos comprando panos/toalhas de cozinha no IKEA.

Hôtel agréable et très bien situé

L'appart hôtel est très agréable, on s'y sent très bien, très bien situé (17min à pied de Ocean Drive) Le gérant est très disponible

Problème de chasse avec les toilettes, ainsi que de digicode lors de notre arrivée , mais sinon tout était top!

Miami beach weekend

Very clean. Had basics like soap, toilet paper and shampoo.

Minimal amenities in kitchen (spices, etc) so discouraged us from really cooking in the suite. Couch was small so had to sit on floor to watch a movie with my family

- die Lage - sehr komfortable Betten - großes Badezimmer und Wohnbereich - Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert

- keine kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten - WLAN war sehr schwach

War ausreichend für unseren Zweck, da wir hauptsächlich zum Schlafen in der Unterkunft waren.

Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage war gut. Das Bad war sauber.

Die Couch ist sowohl zum sitzen als auch zum liegen ungeeignet! Sie gehört ersetzt. Die Unterkunft muss daher für vier Leute vermietet werden! Der Boden der Wohnung war nicht sauber als wir gekommen sind! Es war zu wenig Geschirr in der Wohnung für vier Personen.

Pleasant experience

Apartment was clean and located in a quite area. Host was very helpful when we had a problem with electricity, and also provided change of towels at no extra charge.

Apartment is quite a walk from South Beach so would not consider it central, however a good bus service takes you there in around 15mins.

Good place to sta if you want to be away from the crowds. Comfy and lot of space compared to the small hotel rooms. Very good accessories. I’m general it would be a great place but the noisy from above ruins it all.

Parking is a problem, you need to walk at least 1km to the nearest parking lot. No good coffee options around. And very noisy as you hear every step and move from the people above, which is why I would not stay there again. Every night the same, always sounded like someone is pushing the chairs and beds all o we the place for hours.

Good location. Spacious enough for a family of 5.

Apartment was not clean. Floor was simply not cleaned properly. Apartment had a slight smell of mold/lack of ventilation. Street parking is easy but very expensive and requires an app.

The apartment were clean and it does look like on the photos. Rooms are a little loud. We had a comfortable stay and would recommend this place for short or little longer stays as well.

The apartment suites our needs and provided a nice beach getaway for my family.

it was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like that that back door in the master bedroom was locked. Guest bedroom was very small and lacked any decorations.

They put lipstick on a pig and you can tell

Nice kitchen. Bedroom mattresses were comfortable.

No tissues or paper towels. Lousy shampoo and soap. Could hear every footstep of upstairs tenants. Broken lock on back door, exposing our belongings to being stolen. No option to leave luggage with concierge after checkout. So so customer service.

Advisable to take a room at the upper level and not to depend on the WiFi.

The location is in a quiet neighbourhood. The beach is at least 15 mins walk away. But there is wholefoods and other grocery stores just 3 blocks away. The mall/shopping area is also a quick 5~7 min walk away.

The lower/1st level rooms can get noisy with occupied rooms on the 2nd level. For example, people were stomping the floor above my apartment at 12 midnight and nothing could be done. The WiFi was very poor. Very very patchy connection and so the television sets were not operating well since they were all internet driven.

perfect place to stay on the budget

perfect location. close to the beach and restaurants. there were plates, cups and glasses, toaster, cook wear , etc in the kitchen. very comfortable beds. the host answered all my questions almost immediately. very quiet.

dirty towels, broken doors in the closets. looks much nicer on the pictures then in-person. there is no overnight parking onsite.

Pleasant & already coming back in March

I’ve been here before. It’s SUPER CLEAN. Apartments are updated with white and bright colors. It gives a real good home feeling.

The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the toilet. There was some issue with getting it to fill up and empty out/ flush correctly. We were on the go most of the time so it wasn’t a huge issue.

In total, we really enjoy the time we spent there, and we saw no bugs in the hous at all.

The apartman was clean and comfortable for 2 people. The bed was great. It is close to the bus station, so you can easily go to downtown. The owner was really nice and easy to communicate with.

The couch was not comfortable for the third person. It would be nice if there was salt and oil and more dishwasher capsules or washing up liquid.
