won’t stay there again or recommend

location

not clean. filter in room was disgusting. bathroom not clean. staff indifferent. manager Stephen poor manager and customer service.

As usual, comfortable and convenient.

Never had breakfast but White Spot restaurant was close and convenient.

Had to extend my booking for one extra night. But no one noticed this. Think they thought I was “squatting” as they did not noticed the continued booking. It was 2 bookings but as I work in hotel hospitality also, I know there is usually a spot for admin remarks and this should have been noted there to ensure that the guest was not questioned. On the other hand, they were doing their job but I still felt somewhat uncomfortable in being question and explaining for the third time, why I was still there. Staffing was very polite and somewhat apologetic.

Perfect, i’ve stayed a few times. Hope it doesn’t change

I like the fact there is a place to stay and leave your car while away on holidays. It’s easy and close to get a cab to and from the airport. The rates are great and staff in the lobby 24 hrs.

Place is good to stay away from the crowded city of victoria

We have breakfast in white spot next to the hotel and they gave us 10% discount food was good

Suitable for a no frills stay near the airport

Budget accomodation suitable for a quick overnight stay near the airport.

Barebones room with little amenities but very suitable for our needs.

The room was hot even though we turned the heat off. The bathroom light was broken. We asked the front desk to send someone but I don't think they did

Was visiting my son and my brother on the Island. Very enjoyable.

Very comfortable room. Right next to a Whitespot resturant. There was some construction on site, but did not cause us any concern. Would stay there again

The front desk staff were excellent in checking in and made me feel welcome up in though I was a bit

I’m not sure if it was the bed or what but it was very hard to get comfortable for the night. I’ve never had a problem with the beds during my other status.

Convenient to many attractions. Good for the price.

Having Whitespot restaurant on property (which gave Motel 6 guests 10% discount!) was very nice.

There was no comfortable chair in the room.

Booked this place for a colleague on a work trip - he didn't stay as his room had cockroaches!

Had to abandon the idea of staying here - cockroaches in the room. Checked in late and left shortly after - reception were understanding and refunded the stay.

Recommended for an overnight close to airport

Great value,everything we expected from Motel 6. 10 mins by car to airport Easy bus ride to Sidney which is beautiful. The staff were especially helpful. They booked a taxi but when it didn't arrive he phoned them and made a special effort to get us another,much appreciated when we had a flight to catch!

The room was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming experience.

Bathroom door didn't lock. I could not make the power sockets work beside the sink and in the bathroom.

Not going back there again... over priced. Beds were ok, A.C. were very loud and probably not clean.

Disgusting mold smell in room 217. So unbearable we checked out and luckily we found somewhere else to stay … we were given deodorizer to alleviate the smell didnt help. No manager to talk to for a refund. Terrible !!
