We have enjoyed the stay and may book again in the future.

The view was exceptional. Full set of kitchen facility. The washing-machine and dryer is additional bonus.

The stove is bit old, and the flush toilet is hard to press down. due to the holiday season, the charge was bit dear.

Awesome view; property is ready for refurbishment. Customer service would have been appreciated.

The view of the Remarkables was uninterrupted and definitely the highlight of our stay

The room needed a thorough deep clean , carpets replaced and maintenance check (we found rubbish left behind from previous guests and the kitchen & bathroom were grimed; some of the cupboard door handles weren’t attached. Unfortunately I found toenail clippings in the main bedroom & chunks of old food that looked like vomit along the edge of the carpet in the same room - it looked like someone had attempted to clean it up as it didn’t smell but it was very gross introduction to the property. Bedrooms & bathroom were small. We didn’t see receptionist on check in or check out; our key was left in a box with instructions upon arrival and on check out their was a sign on the desk saying office was unattended. Our room wasn’t serviced during our stay - although an attendant knocked and ask if we needed towels, toilet rolls or bin liners.

Very warm comfortable apartment style room. Getting a bit chilly but plenty of heating in all rooms.

Very handy to Queenstown CBD. Great view over Lake Wakatipu.

The location, out of town. Exceptional views. I didn't realise it was on two floors, a Bonus. Everything, I could possibly need was available, well thought out. We felt really relaxed.

A bit tired but that didn't distract from our stay.

Fantastic location with awesome staff. Would stay again.

The staff were fantastic. Prior to the trip I asked for some photos and details about the rooms as I was coming with my baby. Anything they could do to help they did. Always very friendly. Location is fantastic with spectacular views.

Close proximity to the city centre, Lake view and Parking was available at the property

Studio Apartment looked very old from inside and also the furniture and fixtures looked very old. I didn't sleep comfortably in the bed somehow. Wish they could renovate the rooms and upgrade it for the price we paid for one night.

Kitchen could have had more variety of preparation of cooking items.ie microwave dishes, egg whisker, smoke alarms for safety. Carpets a bit worn.

I enjoyed very clean maybe another duvee so could turn heat pump off pretty noisy if not used to it.

Exceptional stay

Location was fabulous, our apartment was huge, which is great when you have kids! Everything you need to cook your own meals, a full kitchen, everything was sparkling clean. Furniture was a little dated but other than that it was great value for money and the view from the deck was picturesque. Will definitely be back!

Spacious, warm, clean accommodation with spectacular views. We would stay here again.

Centrally located with excellent views of the surrounding peaks, the Remarkables and lake. Handy to walking tracks and an easy stroll into town. The accommodation is spacious and warm with an unimpeded outlook from the windows and balcony.

The topography of the unit arrangement could be a little steep for older clients but not unmanageable.

We have just found our new favourite Queenstown accommodation! The location, the view, the facilities were all top class. Breakfree the point has set the standard.

The roll away was a uncomfortable.
