We had an amazing stay and disappointed we had to leave

The size of the renovated apartment was enormous with wrap around balconies. The views of the ocean across the road and the hills at the back of the apartment were amazing. The apartments were about 1 kilometre from the main shopping areas of Burleigh Heads. The spa, sauna, swimming pool, tennis court and games room make it perfect for a family. The beach is amazing with life savers working to make it safe to swim close by in the ocean. Having 2 bathrooms, a great kitchen and laundry area is a plus.

I was hoping for a bath which was listed on Booking.com. Only having 1 Television in the apartment was disappointing. A television in the main bedroom and the children’s bedroom would enhance the property.

Beautifully presented and at the quieter part of Gold Coast. Spacious apartment much bigger than we expected and perfect beach front location and views

Fabulous apartment with awesome views of the beach.

The location and ocean view. Beds were very comfy. Apartment was clean and had heaps of space.

Great view, good place.

the location and view were excellent. The apartment although did not exactly match the pictures attached in the ad. We did enjoy our stay and had no regrets, however. Thank you!

All was good. However, it would be great if the basic supply for boy wash (missing), hand wash(missing), shampoo, conditioner, laundry liquid were provided in adequate quantities. Am sure that wouldn't come at huge cost.

good place to stay but not great.

walking distance to shops and beach. Clean and tidy. the saunas and pool.

Getting a trolley from the car through the front doors to the lifts was a marathon. Rubbish run to basement not great either.

Location wonderful, complex facilities also excellent but rooms need a thorough spring clean.

Location was fabulous, across from the Patrolled Beach, short walk into town to access cafes restaurants and short walk to supermarkets. Facilities at the property were great, Pool was clean, gym had enough equipment and communal bbq facilities were excellent.

The rooms need a spring clean, Dust and grim on top and underneath of surfaces and furniture. Cupboard doors on loose hinges, walls have scuff marks over them and the 3 bed apartment needs a refresh as decor is 20 years old. Images on the website overstate the quality of the apartment, however the apartment is still suitable for a family holiday, just dont expect 4 star apartment, more 3 star.

Complex is in a great spot with awesome views, but the decor was not good.

The view from the 4 bedroom apartment was excellent. The location was great as it was just across the road from a patrolled beach and only a short walk to the shops and cafes. The views were fantastic.

I personally would not stay in this particular unit again. The complex is great and the amenities are fantastic (we used the tennis court, spa, games room, pool and BBQ a lot. However it would be beneficial for more 'fobs/keys' as we were all adults (8 people) with only 3 fobs - you needed a fob to get in (* and out) of the pool and court etc. and up the lift - so this was quite challenging. The main reason I would not stay in UNIT 50 again was the EXCESSIVE amount of personal (and extremely large) personal family photos - everywhere - and I mean, everywhere! Photos in the hallways, all the bedrooms, the living area and even the ensuite. It is too much and made us feel uncomfortable. A note also - the kitchen doesn't have a pair of scissors, or any plastic crockery/cups that would be helpful (by the BBQ/pool).

Other than the view and location, the apartment was old and run down, not worth the money the charge

The mattress was so old it had lost it support where people had sleeping. I woke up with a sore back. The bathroom blind was mouldy

We all loved the space, plenty of room ate most of the time.

Dishwasher very difficult to get to work properly, buttons do not work. Upstairs shower and toilet need work, and for some reason clothes dryer did not dry . Did not report these issues to management.

Amazing stay

It is a beautiful apartment with amazing views. There was so much room and the bed was so comfortable. The location is fantastic and it has everything you need.

There was a communication mixup on check in but that was quickly resolved.

It was a comfortable, friendly, spacious and welcoming stay.

We got off the elevator to an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean - gorgeous. We then opened our door to the apartment, which was bright, spacious, clean and welcoming with awsome views. The apartment had everything that a family required on a holiday.
