Great beautiful space to stay in Guatemala City

Beautiful small hotel. Loved the breakfast options & cool decor.

Wish I could have stayed in Guatemala City more :) The bed could have been a bit bigger, my partner didn't like it as much.

Amazing stay!

The property offered free airport shuttles (both ways) and a really good breakfast (lots of options). Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice. The hotel is in a really safe and nice neighborhood with many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby.

Honestly it was all really good. Definitely recommend!!

Cozy hotel near Airport

Beautiful stay after long travel

Nice area, great comfy bed and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Good shower, comfy sheets. Everybody was always there to help me, had a great stay.

Bery relaxing and a great place to stay/start a visit to Guatemala.

Good location near Auckland Mall. The room is comfortable and big. The bathroom is very elegant

It was the begining of our Guatemala trip and the external looks intimidating. But all went well. No elevators. Breakfast is limited

Highly recommended!

Very nicely decorated hotel. Staff is very friendly. Excellent breakfast choice which is served on a nice rooftop bar. Safe area with restaurants nearby and a free airport shuttle. Safe and good option for your city stay!

Great breakfast you pick from a menu and eat with a nice view. It’s within walking distance to bars and restaurants and it’s safe to walk around in the area

The double bed was really small. It’s ran down and was probably nice some years ago

Ok but needs improvement.

Location was nice, garden was nice and calming. Staff was friendly.

There was loud music at around 7-8 pm, since I was with my baby and needs to get up at 2am, that was very disappointing. Also we requested milk from the restaurant to be available at their fridge for our early departure, I even paid for it, but was nowhere to be found in the fridge. Only the guard was available at that time.

This si one of the best if not the best hotel we have stayed in and we have travelled over a lot of the World - rooms and environment are exceptional, staff absolutely amazing and friendly, restaurant serves some of the best food.

The staff was great, helpful and they tried to be resourceful. Hairdryer was broken and the bellboy helped me out and provided another one. Great location, right in zona 10.

You can hear everything through the rooms. So if you expect a nice pleasant sleep and you are a light sleeper, this is not the place to stay. Take into consideration that you will not be able to get food in the hotel after 8pm.

Lovely staff, really comfortable rooms, easy access to airport, city centre and nice restaurants.

Too much bottled water - why not get a water fountain instead? It’d be better for our planet.

very friendly staff, everyone was super helpful! it’s a beautiful hotel. the free shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. the rooftop bar was a great touch, we got there around 12 pm and just hung out at the bar until we could check in at 3pm. we also got deep tissue massages and when I tell you I haven’t felt more relaxed!

Just wonderful.

Lovely property. Gorgeous garden and roof top terrace. Really great breakfast and great transfer to airport. Staff were fantastic.

Great location, good for a 1 night stay

Location is great

If you need a bed for two people make sure to book a king bedroom otherwise the double bed or queen beds are extremely small.

A modern and stylish boutique hotel on a nice street

The room we were offered was lovely but for a bit extra they had a king available and so we went for that! It had a big comfy bed, was brand-new and had good AC. The building has been beautifully remodelled and feels very stylish throughout. The bathroom had quality shampoos etc. Parking is provided onsite and the hotel is on a lovely quiet, upmarket street and close enough for early morning airport trips like us. The staff on front desk were super friendly and helpful.

Compared to the first room I saw, this one felt slightly unfinished with bare walls (no art on walls etc), I could hear some construction in the afternoon as there is still some renovations happening at the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't get to try breakfast due to the early morning departure - it would be a nice touch to offer guests a breakfast to take away as many guests like us choose this hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport. We'd read that it is possible to get a free shuttle to the airport but we were told that we could only avail of this for a $10 fee which felt too expensive so we drove instead.
