Нам здесь очень понравилось, чувствовали себя как дома.

Здесь прекрасно все 😻 В апартаментах просторно, тихо и удобно - отличный матрас, в ванной вода с хорошим напором, много розеток, удобные выключатели, кухня со всем необходимым великолепный вид из окна ❤️ И очень бережное отношение к нам хозяйки и ее помощницы. Спасибо!

The best apartment in Tbilisi clean new with stunning view and best location!

This is the best apartment in all Tbilisi We enjoyed our stay very much. We took 2 rooms in the apartment and they were perfect. It's so perfectly clean and new apartment.Very beautifully designed. It's located in a very good place. Close to all attractions and restaurants and historic sites. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's is equipped with all you need - beautiful bathroom; very nice kitchen;closets ; laundry room and dishwasher. You really feel there like at home. The beds and cushions are very cosy . The host Eteri and her helper Marina are the best.They cared to provide us anything we needed. They cleaned the house every day and changed towels . Like in 5 Star hotels. The walls and the windows are very thick so you feel privacy and no noise from outside. It's a very beautiful place and it's not expensive. Very highly recommend for your stay in Tbilisi Thanks to dear wonderful Eteri for making our stay so perfect. We are waiting to come again soon 😄

Lovely.

It’s was clean, great view, and close to botanical gardens, fortress and mother statue. The location does require some walking up steep roads, which I didn’t mind. The host quick to respond and helpful, gave great suggestions for nearby food as well.

fabulous

the property is super clean and tidy it feels like home. there is nothing negative that you can observe or feel in there. the quietness, and the privacy. I highly recommend this place.

A must try in tbilisi

Eteri and her assistant Marina are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home. The apartment is super central and has a breathtaking view of the entire city, it was perfect for a romantic stay. It has all the amenities you need to spend a great vacation, it's cozy, super clean and comfortable. I will be looking forward to staying there once I will be back to Tbilisi. Thank you, Eteri, for the great stay! :)

The stay was 100% perfect

The place was possibly the best accommodation I stayed in. The host was very lovely and friendly and the view from the room was breathtaking. Everything seemed to be organised perfectly for us and the host was very flexible with our arrival and departure times. We had a very very good sleep at night.

Perfect Apartament, super designed, very comfortable, and warm atmosphere with authentic, beautiful Tbilisi view! There are everything for your comfort stay! Comfortable bed, armchairs, fully equipped Kitchen. very hospitable staff, when you arrive you will find bottle of Georgian wine for gift.

The location is very good, you want to stay in Old Town close to the center. The host is extremely friendly and cooperative.

excellent location with lovely view.

Apartment cleanliness, interiors and bedding quality was of superb. Location was perfect with very good view from the bedroom on the top. All the famous places are by walking distance form 10-20 minutes walk.

Nothing as such but To reach the bedroom we have to climb 3 floors. Defiantly its worth the money but i will say its not a steal considering the furniture quality is good not exceptional, though it owner has put her heart to make it beautiful.

Great apart Hotel!

It was a very nice experience, attitude, location, equipment&utensils, helpfulness of the owner and assistant are on the upper level. We spend good time and hope to come back in the nearest future to the same place

I can't recommend Eteri's guest house more!

Eteri who owns the guest house was an exceptional host. I ended up in Tbilisi at a very difficult moment in my life, and I felt so blessed to have been hosted by Eteri. The room was spacious, well-planned and the mattress exceptionally comfrotable.

Lovely apartment. Nicely designed, clean, thoughtfully equipped. A very central location in the heart of Tbilisi but still quiet and cozy. Very nice hostess, helped with the transfers, advised where to have a delicious breakfast and presented a bottle of great Georgian wine. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay with superb hotel and owner: 1- This is the most beautiful and clean hotel in all Tbilisi. 2- High quality of service. 3- Well equipment. 4- Every small details is well done. 5- Very kind and welcoming owner, she is really class and elegant. 6- Astonishing cleanse (10 Stars). 7- Great location. 8- The room lights was very clever. 9- Heating is perfect. 10- Accurate in timing. Highly recommended

Very helpful host. Check in and check out procedures very smooth. Good location in the old city. Room with gorgeous panoramic view, decorated with taste and spotlessly clean (it was cleaned every day). Nice kitchen complete with tools and utensils. Well functioning bathroom equipped with toiletries. Can't really find a fault and will definitely come back when in Tbilisi.
