Loved it, truly wish I could go back one day.

It's the kind of a place, that you want to spend more time in rather than just spending a night. Everything is well equipped, new and clean. Even though there were a lot of families with kids staying, when in the room, you don't hear any of that. The room was spacious with a modern kitchen (all that you might need for preparing simple meals in the room, no stove, but had a microwave and a huge fridge with freezer). Even though it is one big space, it feels cozy. There's a sofa with a table to chill in front of a TV. Or you can turn the TV to face the bed and just chill there. A big plus is all the many lights in the room, not only on the bedside tables, but on the desks too and the floor lamps. A lot of options to find the best light options for everyone. Breakfast was very good, there's the pancakes and waffles as well as eggs and omelettes, bagels, cereal, yoghurts. Tea and coffee is available 24/7. Even when you are checked out, they still treat you like a guest and let you stay in the common area, have some coffee and just chill until you have to go to the airport. Has their own shuttle bus that takes guests to Mall of America and back for free. It feels very safe to be there and overall it feels more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The best bonus for plane lovers will be the close proximity to the plane landing route, they literally fly right behind your window and you can plane-watch from your bed. I loved that. (the sound is not crazy, so those who don't love this, will not be bothered).

If I MUST find something that I didn't like - there could be more fresh fruits and vegetables at the breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Close to mall

The clorine in the pool was so strong it burned our eyes as just observers. We didn’t stay long. The next night was a little better.

Loved it, great experience, will stay again.

Loved the connivence of the kitchen in the suite and loved that dishes/silverware were clean in the dish washer. The connect four game in the lobby was fun and we loved the breakfast every morning. Loved how close it was to the mall and have such a great experience overall. The gym was also appreciated.

Overall it was a good stay the pool was the biggest let down. And having to pay 10 dollars a day to park. But other than

The shuttle to the mall was good. The rooms were great I love having kitchen and all the counters. They kept everything g very well clean. Also the game area is great! Laundry was free and there workout room was amazing!

The pool was very heavy chlorinated! The pool is very small for the size of hotel. You also have to pay for parking which I think is crap! There is no hot tube.

Fantastic hotel!

EVERYTHING, location its right by the airport and the Mall Of America and rooms were big with a full-size kitchen. They had a free breakfast and place to hang out, even a pool table they had a fire going outside to sit by.

Nothing, we plan to stay here again!

An amazing, comfortable stay with all the features I like in a room!

I loved that the King Suite had a microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. As well as being extremely spacious and having a nice size living room area. I loved the spacious closet area and the abundance of counter space that we had. The room was clean with lots of towels and washcloths so I did not have to request more for our stay.

The rooms could have smelled better walking in.

Excellence service, location, hotel!

Location was perfect. Breakfast was wonderful. Very clean as well. I stayed here for a week long trip with my husband and toddler and definitely would stay here again.

Honestly the only thing that would have been nice is a hot tub of some sort.

My job requires travel for months at a time. Home2 suites is always my first choice

Could have been nice. But because of the hoards of 13 year olds in rooms surrounding ours, it was not

New hotel, comfortable beds.

Elevator sounds like it’s breaking down. We asked for room on 4th floor, hoping for quiet. They rented rooms surrounding ours, to 13 year olds on traveling sports teams. They played loud music, ran up and down the halls screaming and laughing , in and out if each others rooms slamming doors. I get it. I was once that age. But no hotel should allow this because of guests paying close to $250 a night.
