Happy with our stay.

Location, clean & good service especially Martina.

It could be a challenge for elderly & people carrying big heavy luggage as you need to climb stairs to go to the room or front desk. There is one area for improvement, it will be great to provide info area where to park the car. As the carpark in front of the hotel is very hard to get and it’s only can park the car up to 4 hours.

I liked everything about this property, location, room, service, 100% recommend the place.

Staying in this property was what made our vacation truly amazing; it’s located centrally, you can reach old part of the town just in few minutes as well as the beach, shops, clubs and bars are just around. The staff were friendly and truly and exceptionally helpful, so thanks to them for all their support! The room itself was extra clean and neat and had a beautiful view on a busy street which we loved to enjoy!

Amazing Greek Vacations

We had an amazing stay at Mirabile. Location is perfect and although parking was not included we found parking nearby almost everyday. Room is superclean ans staff is friendly and helpfull. We had a great time at Mirabile.

Communication before arrival was professional, reactive and easy. Arrival was smooth and room was perfect: lots of natural light, clean, well equipped, bed was super super confort. Perfect luxury apartment a few steps from the old town

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning service for spacious room. Newly refurbished. Great facilities. Perfect location - right on the edge of the old town. Free acess to a nearby parking lot.

There were a lot of internal stairs (no lift).

We LOVED this place. Right when we entered Chania, we were greeted with a very friendly driver who took our bags and drove us to the front of the hotel. From there, we were greeted with a friendly stuff and an amazing room! We stayed in the Diamond Suite and it was beautiful. Very modern, great view, and really comfortable. Throughout our stay, we were always greeted with a smile and everything was really easy. Couldn't recommend this place more.

The only ding against this place is that there is some street noise given the great location. It sometimes woke us up, but I would take that for being so close to the old city and port.
