Un lugar preciso. La salida al mar es sencillamente espectacular. Poder sentarse y sentir que tienes el mar para ti solo es majestuoso. Nadar allí es precioso.
La atención es maravillosa. Es un rinconcito dulce.
La ubicación es muy buena pues es cerca a restaurantes, cafés, y sitios turísticos.
Que no hay puerta en el baño. Sería fabuloso si las colocaran.

Das Gesamtkonzept und die Gestaltung sind wirklich schön, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die kleine "Strandterrasse" an der Rückseite ist toll zum Chillen und Baden!

Super Betreuung durch Tirsa, sie ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, man fühlt sich wohl und gut aufgehoben!
Beste Lage in Punda, man hat Restaurants und Bars in der direkten Nähe, ist schnell an der Floating Bridge und an der Minibus-Haltestelle Richtung Mambo-Beach
Das Hotel hat, bedingt durch die unvermeidliche Feuchtigkeit, der es ausgesetzt ist, demnächst evtl. eine Renovierung nötig, oder zumindest sollten die vielen Stellen an Geländer, Mobilar und Wänden, an denen Putz und Farbe abblättern, ausgebessert werden.
Viele der aufgehängten Bilder wellen sich in den Rahmen.
Hohe Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen.
Die elektronischen "Devices" funktionieren leider nur zum Teil.
Die hübschen Kimonos von den offiziellen Fotos gibt es nicht mehr. Die Strandliegen von den Fotos wurden ebenfalls durch einfache schwarze Plastikliegen ersetzt.
Raum Terra hat kein Fenster, und keine Nachttischlampen, auch gibt es keine Tür zur Toilette/Dusche, was wahrscheinlich ungünstig ist, wenn man zu Zweit verreist.

Great breakfast, every day a different Option, which you can eat on the terrace with a view. the hotel is carefully decorated and all Looks very nice. the Bientu room is tiny but you hear the waves. the stairs are quite steep. Restaurants are in walking distance. Overall Great experience!

Beautiful place and great location. Lots of excellent restaurants and bars in walking distance. Our host Tirsa was wonderful and helped us wirh everything. Intimate and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended to explore Willemstad.

Everything at the hotel was amazing!
Great location and amenities. The hotel is super well located and offers the guest everything you need for a good experience in Curaçao.
Tirza was very helpful and very even helped us arraging tours and activities. She makes all the difference and even though the hotel is already beautiful and nice, she makes all the experience a better one. They also provide, as a separate service, a taxi to pick up and /or take to the airport. The service was great and we will for sure go back to the hotel if we come back to Curaçao.

Terra Boutique is a lovely little hotel, very well located in Pietermaai with great restaurants and shops nearby. This boutique hotel is very cozy and relaxing. The property gives access to a very small but entirely private beach right in the backward! Loungers are well disposed to enjoy the sun. Stairs with 6 steps down the beach and you’re in the ocean, and a great snorkeling spot! I suggest having the delicious little breakfast they provide on the backyard balcony, it’s about the best way to start your day. And finally, the staff is amazing (thank you Tirsa)! They make sure that you feel welcomed at Terra! They provide all the information you need and make sure you have a superb stay!
If you have very sensitive hearing like I do, noise can sometimes be a small issue. Isolation between rooms might not be the greatest. But the clientele at Terra are respectful, as are all Curaçaoans, so it shouldn’t be a problem! We always slept well during our stay!

the structure is a historical building renovated in the center of Willemstad, you feel like at home from the first minute you enter. the structure is fancy, welcoming, clean, close to the center, with an amazing view and with a lovely owner. what to ask more?! ah and they serve tasty breakfast (not all the boutique hotel in Curaçao do).

Very characterful small hotel, in a great location for exploring Willemstad. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the terrace a real highlight.
The room was very loud due to the bars nearby - there isn't anything the hotel can do, but if you're a light sleeper I would consider booking a room in the back of the hotel!

The breakfast was great. It's handmade with love and they change it every day. Good coffee, much better than we had in a more expensive resort. Many thanks to Tirsa, who was super nice and helpfull and made our stay so much more personal.
They have a shared fridge were everyone has his/her own basked, so you can store some food/drinks. Great concept!
We enjoyed the common balcony at the back very much. You have a great view over the sea, it's very nice for breakfast and also in the evening. The offer private parking, so you can lock away your car. It's a great neighbourhood with lot's of charming and quite good restaurants and bars. You can also see a lot of streat art in the area.
In general, we really enjoyed our stay.
The pool was under maintenance and closed. The shower was a bit cold when we arrived, but it was fixed after we told them. The room was clean and fine, but it did look nicer in the pictures taken. The balcony that belongs to it did look on the road, and there is a building under construction right in front of it, so we didn't use it. The house is old and you could hear whenever a door was closed nearby, so it's maybe not the perfect place if you want to get up late.
All in all, nothing really bad and some things you might expect in a small boutique hotel, but since this is a general and not a price per value rating, it's "only' an 8.

The breakfast was prepared at the agreed time with excellent quality and a personal touch.
Unfortunately the plunge pool was (temporarily) out of order and there was no safe in the room.

We had a very spacious room, with brand new aircon. That is a big plus in the humid climate. The breakfast was great, and with prices in town it saves you a lot of money every day. They included fruit, juice, and a main. Every day delicious and you can ask for it to be served on their terrace, enjoying the sea view.
I saw also one of the smaller rooms and for me they would have been too small to be comfortable as a couple (in particular with the toilet/ bathroom right next to the bed, and no door between bathroom and bedroom, that is a bit too intimate for me..). It would be good for a solo traveller. For couples I recommend the suite.

The property was beautiful and ideally situated. It was full of small attentions and the host was just lovely and so helpful. She had a basket for guests in the refrigerator where you could store food. Also, she offered beer, water, soft drinks, coffee and snacks available for free.
there were only 2 problems:
1- though the room was beautiful, it was just too small: the closet was tiny and you kept tripping over the luggage (and we had small bags)
2- there was no door separating tge bathroom from the bedroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. Especially as the room was so small. but, there was a guest bathroom downstairs you could use.

Breakfast was changing just before our stayover. Before the supply was arranged by a cafe nearby. Whilst our stay breakfast has been prepared by the team of the hotel. They can learn a little.

truly a beautiful and chic space, the hotel was perfectly curated to match a boho minimal style. The private beach and pool was perfect! And I can’t forget to mention the scent. The aroma of the hotel from top to bottom was delicious, unforgettable!

If you are reading this it's because you like boutique hotels. And Terra is a true boutique hotel! Small (six rooms), comfortable, warm, super well located, next to the sea and a waking distance of the best bars and restaurants in Willemstad. And a wonderful service and care (thanks, Jeannete!).

Breakfast was exceptionally good and served at the balcony with impressive sea view. Dietary requirements were taken seriously by the personnel. Exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Especially the hotel manager is always available via WhatsApp. Since the hotel is rather small, the whole stay is very private and the owner/hotel manager really take time and effort to make your stay wonderful and as individual as possible. Terra Boutique is perfectly located, many bars and restaurants are in walking distance.

Beautiful and cute little hotel. Having a delicious breakfast on the balcony was brilliant and it was amazing to watch the sunset from the private beach/terrace. Great personal service from the manager. The location was also really good, with many cool spots within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was fantastic! She was able to provide gluten free breads each morning, accommodate my daily schedule.
Upon learning how badly sunburnt I was, the housekeeper cut up a piece of aloe plant, dripped the gel, and cut the plant into pieces for fresh, chilled aloe. It worked wonders!
The other guests were loud in the morning and upon return to the place each night.

Sometimes there was an overwhelming not nice odor coming from the bathroom area, I think the toilet, which would take over the room. Sometimes it wasn’t there and other times it was.

Generous breakfast served in our own basket. Served on the communal balcony but since there are just a few rooms it was like a private home. Good coffee, free. Excellent snorkling just outside the reef, but strong waves on windy days so need to be a good swimmer. Sunbeds on the bijou beach with shower and a little pool. We ended up staying longer than planned, we found Terra had everything we needed.

Impeccably clean, and I cannot fault Jeanette as a host, she did her utmost to help with every request and responded very prompty.
The bed was the comfiest we had in our time in Curacao, and the location of the hotel is great.
Breakfast on the balcony looking over the sea was also incredible, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were also a really really nice touch.
There was a smell of sewage coming from the shower when we arrived. This was looked into very quickly and plumbers were brought in to fix it to the hotel's credit
We didn't stay at any other hotel in Punda, so it's hard to compare value for money, but we thought it was too expensive for the size of the rooms, particularly as there was very little wardrobe of storage space.

The room was very comfy and cosy. The host was just amazing and very courteous! She helped with every issue we had on the island, always answering questions and being helpful! There is nothing to say with regards to the location, because it is just the best location on Curaçao, someone could imagine. Lots of bars and restaurant around, Punda around the corner, lots of arts on streets and houses and directly connected to a small beach.

Beautiful new boutique hotel in Pietermaai, Willemstad. Situated in a perfect location that allows one to rest and relax, yet a short 2-5 minute walk brings you to adorable cafes like the Van Gogh for a delicious lunch, and wonderful restaurants for dinner such as the restaurant at the Bij Blau, or Cristal. My room overlooking the ocean was lovely - I could pull up the shades in the morning and greet the waves. The service is excellent - Jeanette and Edward go above and beyond to make one feel welcome, comfortable and safe. Breakfasts were brought in adorable crates - I ate mine while gazing at the ocean from the first floor balcony, or at the cozy table on the ground floor, also with a picturesque view. I cannot thank the hotel management enough - when I decided to extend my stay, they were gracious, and when I faced an abrupt flight cancellation and panicked over how to get home, they did their utmost to allay my fears and help me find an alternate flight. The location and serenity were exactly what I needed, and the professionalism, generosity and kindness of the proprietors was simply amazing. I had simply the best time.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for almost two weeks on our honeymoon and I must say it was a perfect holiday, especially the personal service made our stay even more enjoyable. For example, there is a fridge on site where you can get different drinks for free at any time. The hotel is very small, so we found the atmosphere very personal and quiet. There were even the possibility to take a swim in the sea, because the hotel offers a small beach like terrace and a cute pool.
We had breakfast delivered every morning at our preferred time and even received a little surprise three times (a picnic on the beach or a sweet after cleaning the room). We particularly liked the service as the hotel manager was always available for questions, advice and bookings via whatsapp.
Overall, the hotel was very clean and is nicely designed. We were able to quickly reach many restaurants and shops in the city centre from there.
Our room was for two weeks a little to small, better book a bigger one if you stay for longer.

Great location, in a traditional building. Breathtaking view from the room. The manager Jeanette and the owner as well were extremly kind and helpful. The breakfast is dilicious and planty. The room was a little bit small but comfortable and well equiped.
