Overall great stay and we will definitely stay again.

The property was extremely clean and the pool was very well maintained. We didn’t use the pool but the water was crystal clear and those using it seem to be enjoying themselves. Property is located a block away from a great coffee shop and Kelly’s Irish Pub both walking distance.

We stayed upstairs in room 202 and my only complaint was there was a banging noise each morning that we just couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Being menopausal and unable to sleep well it doesn’t take make to keep me from getting back to sleep so the banging was annoying for me but typical my husband slept right right through it🤨

Close to the beach

The hotel room was nice and clean, The staff was friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.

I have no complaints. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Myself and my family I was traveling with were all pleased.

Noise!!!! Every room surrounds the pool, and you can hear everything they do not uphold their hours for the pool and let people scream and yell till one in the morning staff is rude place is very unpleasant ant not very accommodating they did not care if they had businesses from Priceline or any booking site, they said they do fine on their own

It was clean

It was incredibly loud and they do not in force the 10pm pool closing rule. Super loud music at the pool until very late. The towels are beyond awful.

Exceptional

Had a great experience with family and the facility look excellent. Rooms clean and pool was great. Super close to the beach access as well. Rooms smelled great they are definitely keeping up with the facility. Had a amazing rest loved it. Will definitely come again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to pay $35 for a extra parking since we had rented a golf cart to travel around SPI. They literally had no other vehicles and their was so much room to park. Totally unnecessary for the extra charge.

We did not stay, we were kicked out of the room they gave us the key to 5 minutes after we check. They state in their add that they are 5 minute to the beach. You cant even get across South Padre blvd. in five minutes. There is no crosswalk there.

Overall this new facility and staff really delivered.

The location and value were the primary reasons for this booking. The staff was very helpful. The pool area is also very nice.

The community coffee pot in the lobby was okay, but most travelers prefer that as a basic provision in the unit.

we had a nice getaway from cold northern weather, especially avoiding a major winter storm at home, and we’re able to sp

conveniently located, sufficient privacy, comfortable bed

minor issues: would have liked bedside table on both sides (only on one side) as a place to put glasses, iPad, etc., when settling down for sleep. also, table lamps. only light was directly above bed and single switch on one side, inconvenient for person on other side. also, the ceiling light interfered with TV (glare). None of theses issues would prevent me from staying there again.

OK for a value motel.

Good value hotel. Room was very clean.

One night the front desk called because the had received noise complaints. We couldn't have been making that noise, we were asleep. Also, the quality of the towels are a tragedy of Shakespearean levels.
