This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location in the last 6 weeks. The location is fabulous, the rooms feel very clean and quiet! The beds are amazingly comfy. A great value for the price!!

We found the room was fine for a small motel but we did find the king sized bed had a hard mattress. Otherwise it was clean and felt safe.

Overall stay was okay. Cleanliness of the room and property was great. Even have small tuff area for pets. The couple of things that were disturbing were you could hear everyone talking outside, upstairs and the rooms beside you, especially in the mornings. Making it every hard to sleep and have privacy. The room was quite small as well. I booking a queen bed room and the bed size felt more like a full. Bed was small for my boyfriend and I. In the photos it shows that there is a dinning table for 2 but there was no dinning table in the room. The TV was strange no matter how high you made the volume it still wasn't very loud.

I was in town with friends for an overnight golf outing. First time at pacific inn and I was pleasantly surprised with the amenities. The reviews did this place justice! I will stay here again in the future.

We were here for a 2 night trip. It was excellent, the room was very clean and looked nice, bed was comfortable. Mostly I’m impressed with their front desk staff. Incredibly helpful, very kind and based off that alone I will definitely be coming back. Also, we were mostly visiting cannery row and the aquarium, quick 10 min drive if that.

Lives up to ratings. Front office person made it so easy and welcoming. Room and bed as good as most premium. Simple, not fancy, but clean, warm, neat, and super practical.

Nice enough hotel - room was clean and was accommodated with an early check-in which we appreciated. Bottom floor rooms are the pet friendly ones. The hotel is incredibly loud on the bottom floor - can hear every footstep above you the entire night. Walls are so thin. I felt the pet policy was very misleading. You are not permitted to leave your pet alone in the room otherwise you are charged a $250 fine. The only place in writing this is stated is upon check-in, the front desk agent shows you a piece of paper stating this policy. Nowhere to be found on their website and had I known this policy I would have booked a pet hotel where you can leave your well behaved pet for a couple hours to grab dinner etc. When Ive brought my dog to other pet friendly hotels I always look for this policy to ensure my dog can hang out in the room to ensure we can leave him for an hour or two. Just wish they would advertise the policy online or acknowledge it when charging the pet fee, instead of waiting until after you check in to tell you when its too late to cancel.

Our king room was big and well equipped -- nice fridge, table and chairs, closet with hangers, convenient outlets, and comfy bed. Front desk staff was exceptionally efficient and professional. We asked for a fan to dry our shoes and it was delivered almost before we got off the phone! All this and price was very reasonable.

The front desk woman was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though she was waiting on someone ahead, and she greeted me as soon as I walked in and said I’ll be right with you. And while she was taking care of me, the next customer came in, and she said the same thing. You rarely see that anymore so kudos to her

The surrounding area and the outside of the building is a little shabby and it’s further away from the areas where we had activities. The room however was surprisingly much nicer than the outside left you to expect. The room was modern and well appointed.

For being a 2 star hotel, I did not know what to expect, but this property was much cleaner and nicer than I could have expected! The photos are exactly how the rooms looked. The manager at the front desk was lovely and helped recommend various restaurants and bars to check out, as I was there for New Years.

Best service - The hotel accommodated our family with 4 rooms and they couldn't have been nicer - even put our rooms next to each other. Found something we left behind, bagged it and kept it at the front desk for us to pick up after we checked out.

The property is really great for the price. Spacious rooms, clean facility (no shower curtain was provided for some reason). But the biggest and only drawback is that the property is poorly made. The construction is so weak that you can hear everything from above and side neighbors. Every footstep can be heard

Nice staff members. The rooms are recently renovated and absolutely beautiful. I was very surprised how nice the hotel is. Very convenient for getting to the M.B. Airport for an early flight. Easy to get from the hotel to Hwy. 1, Monterey, Seaside, etc.
