Disappointing but relatively comfortable.

Room was lovely, gym nice, pool very pleasant.

the pool ran out of towels the day before and never replaced, even though I asked for them and they said they were coming up, nobody brought anything. I had to pay for parking, and could not even get a cup of coffee downstairs without buying one, the pastries were hard as a rock. The coffee machine in the room did not work.

Great location in the Houston Med Center.

Everything was solid except the bed. Staff was friendly. Perfect location in the Med Center.

The bed was uncomfortable. I woke up feeling sore.

We love this hotel when we have events downtown.

Proximity to our event. The outdoor lounge area upstairs by pool and the bar. Parking is easy.

They did not have the room I booked available. I booked and paid in advance for a Deluxe Suite with 2 beds. Tried to check in prior to attending our event but that room type was not ready yet. Told them we were attending an event and would return after 8 pm. Returned, checked in, and headed to room which we found was only a regular room-not a deluxe suite. Then I was told they didn’t have a suite available at all. I was extremely upset especially since I had already paid for a suite in full with no refund. They finally gave us an additional room at no cost which was ok. It’s just upsetting when you don’t get what you booked and paid for. Now I’m nervous about my future bookings.

Excellent location and quiet rooms.

Excellent location if you would like to visit the Rice University. Quiet rooms despite being very close to multiple hospitals. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive.

Horrible experience never again

All towels smells bad and they claimed on there website when I did the reservation that the breakfast is included but it was not ,they told me me it’s included for one person only and they charge my wife and 3 kids for that. And also they don’t mention on the website that you have to pay 20 dollars for car parking.

Property is located at ideal place. Property is well maintained.

bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. AC was not good either. No room for temporary parking

Location to md anderson, great rooms, Comfortable, bar and restaurant.

Was given wrong room number and floor. Had to go back to desk and get correct information, parking ticket was not validated even though told it was, fire alarm went off at 4:30am.

Close, comfortable stay during two days of medical appointments at MD Anderson.

Close and convenient for appointments at MD Anderson. Front desk staff were friendly and assisted with parking garage issues.

Totally convenient to the Medical Center. Turkish restaurant not far was excellent. The staff in was super delightful.

After a shower, the room needs air conditioning turned down because of humidity, not too bad though. Other than that very comfortable.

Considering other accommodation options in the vicinity, this is a very good choice.

The rooms were clean and the pool was a very nice bonus. The bed was comfortable and there was a very nice view of Houston. Some of the staff at the reception and the cleaning ladies were really nice and helpful people.

I am from Europe, and therefore I have some expectations of hotels in terms of standard and class provided. This is never met across the US and here, it was no different. Upon arrival - absolutely no info was given about the services provided by the hotel, you have too ask for everything (such as: where is the pool, when can I use it, how can I get breakfast, what about the wifi). I am sorry but eating in the hotel is just not civilised (the eating habits and hotel standards in the US really can be a shock to Europeans) - you get everything in a paper bag and with plastic cutlery. I tried specifically asking for a plate once, and got it (without cutlery) after 15 minutes when my food had gone cold. Any food is overpriced and the portions are small. Some of the guys selling breakfast were a horror personified and would never get a hotel job in Europe - never smiled once, were really unhelpful and you are constantly asked for tips. I was entitled to a hotel credit - and to be fair I got it eventually, after asking for it and spending a somewhat lengthy and undignified conversation with three people at the reception.

I was highly disappointed with my stay.

I liked the location. Housekeeping was friendly and prompt when asking for additional linen. Rooms was cleaned daily.

The rooms are outdated. My room smelled of mildew and had an odor. The staff was not friendly and appeared to be overworked and unhappy. There was no microwave in the room.

The rooms were really clean. The staff members were all extremely nice and friendly. The housekeeper did an excellent job in keeping up our room and we never had to request anything such as towels or trash pickup.

The room was very warm upon arrival. We had to call to have someone take a look. We left the room but it was cooler when we arrived back for the night.
