No fue muy placentero. El personal no fue amable y se aprovecharon en El precio por una Noche mas ..

La ubicacion esta bien. Pero el desayuno a veces no esta muy limpio el lugar donde lo sirven.

Me quede una Noche mas y el precio que pague fue demasiado alto. Me parecio q se aprovecharon mucho. El personal no fue amable y un ascendor no Servia y fue muy incomodo.

Terrible

The location. Breakfast.

The first night we checked in they failed to tell us the AC was broken. When I went to the desk to voice my concern about my hot room I was given a filthy box fan and told I could speak with the manager in the morning. When I spoke with the manager she agreed to take 1/2 off for my first night's stay due to my room being 90 degrees and being misled during check in. The shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Homeless people congregated right outside of hotel on boardwalk and were constantly behind hotel using the outside shower at building entrance. The staff at front desk treated us like we were bothering them any time we asked for anything. Twice we requested clean towels and none were ever brought to us. I asked for a hair dryer and an iron on my second day there and I'm still waiting for it. There were bugs in our room. On our last day after a couple hours at the beach we went to hotel to get our things together for check out and our room card keys were no longer working. I had to go back down to desk to ask them to reset them which was a huge inconvenience after all of the other issues. When it came time to check out I was not given that refund I was promised and was told there was no record of that in their computer, they would have management call me. I'm still waiting 5 days later...... The hotel is very run down and in need of serious updates but I could get past all of that and I did. What I can't get past is being lied to and the sub par service for the amount of money I was charged. Terrible. Will never stay there again

Very good

Location and view was beautiful.

The elevators were out of order several times throughout our stay. It was miserable walking 6 flights of stairs with luggage in 100 degree weather.

DISGUSTING!!!

The only good thing I have to say is the beach is beautiful and well groomed with lifeguards everywhere down the strip and some good restaurants.

Where do I start? This hotel is disgusting, extremely dirty with mold in the shower and it’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I checked online reviews, they said it’s out dated but clean, I don’t know what level of standard they’re used to but this is a horrible hotel. I requested a high quiet room away from all noise and traffic, my usual requests in a hotel, we were not accommodated in any way, we were put in a room below the breakfast room on the 3rd floor so every morning at 6am the banging doors and scrapping chairs start. Because we were on the 3rd floor the hallway is entombed because of the parking garage so the bedroom window does not look outside but onto the dark dank hallway. Next door the raging music and noise is endless and I was not warned during my booking that there were concerts and festivals every day. This week it’s a hip hop festival. We have mold in the shower, I asked 3 times for it to be removed and it was not. There is no housekeeping to speak of, I saw only 2 women for the entire hotel, so you have to take out your own garbage and towels and leave them on the floor in the hallway for pickup. When you ask for things like extra towels or TP you get the eye roll and attitude from the front desk. The elevators are not always working. The halls and stairwells are filthy and never cleaned, someone dropped jelly on the floor and it remained there for days while it was stepped on and dragged down the hall. Our room had hair on the carpet and dead bugs on the counters. No privacy curtain on the bedroom that looks onto the common hallway so we had to keep the heavy curtain closed at all times. Every glass door and window in the hotel including our room is grimey with hand smears. The pool deck is not hosed down daily. The staff smoke in the underground garage. Bring your own soap, disinfecting wipes, and shampoo and I nearly had to go to Walgreens across the street for TP.

Great, and we are planning another trip soon.

Convenient to all shops and restaurants. Staff was exceptional, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. The front desk manager is very nice and helpful.

Rooms need to be updated and/or have some upkeep done. Breakfast could offer a better variety.

Our first impression of the holtel was it looked run down but the rooms were good.

Room was clean and the view was extremely beautiful, the breakfast was exceptional and Chris was so friendly and made our breakfast great!

The house keeping we had to go look for clean towels and had to go downstairs to front desk for toilet paper.

Wonderful place with welcoming staff geneunly willing to make your stay enyable.

Welcoming. The manager walked with us to the parking spot. What a wonderful service, thank you.

Please put some drinking water in the room and at least two tissue papers.

The room was exactly what we needed for three people. The breakfast staff was very friendly and accommodating . All of the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. As a disabled person they helped me with everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again on next vacation!

Convenient place to stay with boardwalk and beach a few steps away and free breakfast..

breakfast was good..easy access to the boardwalk and beach.

Room had rust along the window frames..there were mold in the room walls

Great value for the money. Staff nice and attentive. They made an effort to make us feel welcome.

Breakfast had a great variety of items and tasted really good, But most of all the employee (male) bringing all the food out was wonderful! Singing and talking to everyone. You could tell he cared about his job and making the customers happy. Music playing was a great way to make the morning.

You could tell they were in the midst of remodeling. But that can't be helped, since they were only trying to make it better for the future.

Great location, breakfast time should start at 6 not 7.

The location, the view of the ocean, breakfast and space.

Breakfast time started at 7am. We were disappointed because we booked this hotel because they served breakfast but we needed to be at a volleyball tournament by 7am. Usually breakfast opens at 6am most places.
