Overall good but not up to Hilton Standards in giving stained towels

The beds were nice. The moving from one room to another with the identical same problem was unwarren

The room was infiltrated with a lot of ladybugs. We had to change rooms and that room had ladybugs. I aate breakfast and approximately 30 minutes later I had stomach pains and ended up spending Christmas eve and beyond in the hospital. The hotel management staff stated they would take off one night of room charges for all the inconvenience but, later stated they did not know how to do the transaction because the General manager was not there at time of checkout. They failed to reach out to me since that date.

They could have told us about the infestation of ladybugs upon on our arrival to premises.

Comfortable stay as far as resting.

The location was good.

The room did not have a microwave and the house keeping service was not very good. There are no soap holders in the shower so you have to hold your soap the whole time.

The staff was friendly and the room was excellent except for the plumbing.

Very nice room friendly staff.

We stayed at this property twice on our trip. Room 512 had slow draining sink and room 411 had a plugged up toilet.

Just okay, place so new it isn’t really together.

Modern decor, window treatments where nice.

Unprofessional desk employees on their phone. One couldn’t be bothered to communicate.

The cookies were burned. I was charged five $ 75.00 deposit for 2 rooms. Our room didn't get cleaned. I was giving garbage bags to clean the room myself. Constantly having to ask for towels for me and family

Location Friendly staff

First and second rooms weren't cleaned, so we were moved 3 times. Swimming pool needs cleaned - it was cloudy and pool walls were gross feeling Weekend breakfast bar was nasty - not edible

Didn’t have breakfast. Location was fine.

The listing at Booking.com saints breakfast was included as well as including a photo of a breakfast buffet. Breakfast was not included. Three other guests said their listing also said it was included. Staff did nothing. Listings were no longer listed to prove. Hotel was very short staffed. Was first given an unclean room. Had to return to desk to get a different room. No towels at pool. Staff was apologetic but not very experienced or. friendly.

They need to bring back the complimentary breakfast also put microwaves in the room also repair the ice makers I had to go to three different floors to find an ice machine the parking a inconvenience because of the ravine that you have to walk around just to get back inside the building once you park

For the price breakfast should have been included, instead buffet breakfast was $16 per person per day. Had to ask for toilet paper and coffee packets upon arrival
