A comfortable and enjoyable stay !

There was plenty of parking available when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Check in was very straightforward and all staff we came into contact with were polite and courteous. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. We liked that there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed (as sometimes there's only one on one side) The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. Everywhere in the room and hotel communal spaces were cleaned to a very high standard. There were hot and cold choices for breakfast, as well as the usual coffee and juices. The breakfast items were constantly being monitored and restocked when required. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, but there were fast-food options a short walk away, as well as restaurants, including a Cracker Barrel next door. We would stay here again.

No issues and nothing we didn't like.

Horrible experience

This hotel should be called the dog hotel, all the rooms are pet friendly, not just some but all, the rooms are all dirty and smell bad from all the dogs, we could not even stay the night because we started getting flea bites, we changed rooms and it was the same situation, this was just a horrible experience that I would never want to experience ever again

The facilities are good - updated and clean.

Unfortunately the two days I stayed were occupied by a group attending a dog show. Was on third floor- noise level of people and dogs was not very relaxing

We enjoyed out stay at this Choice property.

Breakfast was great, the staff at the front desk were so patient and helpful. Full of smiles and told us about the area, which was nice because we had never been. The rooms were brand new rebuild after the hurricane so they were very modern and stylish.

The room had a slight odor of mold in it, but we knew they were still doing construction above and around us and due to the hurricane, it takes a long time to rebuild a hotel.

Superb

I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Check in was fast and easy. It literally took only 5 minutes from the moment I arrived until I was relaxing in my room.

Excellent, Comfortable, Customer Service Oriented, and Clean.

Warm, calming welcome. Accommodating and attentive to needs. Took the time to ask our preferences. Made adjustments. Bed was Wonderful. Clean Soft Sheets. Quiet and Comfortable. Asked about our stay at checkout. Thank you so much!

A pleasant stay nearby good highway connections.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist. She even organised us fresh coffee when we happened to ask it at our arrival. And gave us room upgrade because the reserved room was not ready yet. Good connection to highways. Clean and quiet room.

Nothing special in walking distance but could of course be reached by car.

This room was overpriced for lack of amenities.

Beds were OUTSTANDING! Very clean and comfortable

We arrived around 3am from PGD Airport. Delayed flight. Attempted to buy water bottles -none available. Next morning, coffee maker lacked tray to hold coffee pad. No coffee until down for breakfast.

very clean, comfortable, and a very friendly staff.

some restoration going on during our stay but nothing that hindered our satisfaction. TV connection was the only issue, it was going off for a few seconds pretty frequently.

I was very pleased we could bring our 2 cats. And even more pleased with how clean the room was. My family enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. And we also enjoyed heated pool. Very comfy stay, thank you

The only complaint I really had was the dog poop all over from other guest. They should clean up after their own pets.⁷ï

It’s okay to allow pets but you’ve gone too far to the dog side.

Looked lovely on the outside. Room stank of dog and cockroach repellent. It was so bad we couldn’t stay even after been shown 3 rooms. There was an enormous cockroach in our room.

See above. Dogs shouldn’t be allowed to sleep in the rooms!!
