Extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, included delicious hot breakfast, and at a great price.
Extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, and at a great price for a Double Queen Suite on a Friday night, plus the included, amazing Saturday morning hot breakfast. The quiche and biscuits and gravy were delicious! The mobile booking and quick checkout were wonderful! The parking was so easy and validated by the hotel. Great location, easy to get to, and we felt safe. No pool, but we knew that and weren’t expecting a spa.

Easy parking and supermarket behind the corner
Easy parking. Good breakfast with fruits, yogurt, and eggs (instant). Kitchen in the room, so it was possible to prepare my food. Products are possible to buy in the supermarket behind the corner of the building.

Wonderful comfortable stay
Super comfy, rooms were stocked with wine glasses, bottle opener, mugs, filtered water spout on the sink, dish soap and a sponge, a dish towel, dishes and silverware, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, everything you could think of you may need. The bed was really comfortable. I appreciated how the bathroom products were organic and the hotel was conscious about being eco friendly in reduced plastic use, giving a filtered water spout versus bottled water, and electricity/water conservation efforts. I had to get some work done in the lobby the morning I checked out, and it was a lovely work env with plenty of work space with outlets, and the bfast exceeded my expectations for a typical hotel continental bfast.
I was overall impressed and don’t have anything I didn’t like

Decent but I would look for better deal next time.
Room was great, had to ask for house keeping to come and they only gave new towels while the trash cans over flowed. Breakfast was eeeh I expected that quality of food from $100 a night hotel not a 300. Bed was good
Breakfast food selection was good but quality of food was gross. Was disappointed house keeping only put new towels in our room and did not take the overflowing trash.

Very good
The facilities are nice and modern. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all essentials for our stay. Good breakfast, they had a complimentary beer and wine reception, complimentary coffee and fruit. Great location in Midtown, very close to local restaurants and shops. Very nice staff who prepared and helped with breakfast and cleaning services! Thank you for all your work!
It is advertised as pet friendly but they only allow dogs . This is very inconvenient and sad if you have cats. After I paid for the room, I was told no cats allowed (I had to call them to be told that, there was no note that I was not alowed to bring my cat so just wanted to make sure to avoid any issues). When we got there and told the lady at the front desk that your website does say cats allowed and it said pets allowed on Booking, she replied that it is Marriott's website, not theirs and they cannot update the information. Well, to me saying on your website cats allowed, but you do not allow them, is misleading information...so if you want to bring your cats with you, you literally cannot. I wish they would say it upfront. Not sure why cats are not allowed (I was told on the phone "that cats get everywhere!"; yes they do ma'am, just as humans!!!), but that, again, is very sad to hear this since we who have them consider them family. Rude front desk person.
