I'm not mad but I won't be back.

Cute architecture and garden, nice bedsheets, big bath tub. Central location but quiet at night.

My cottage stank of cigarettes despite being a non smoking facility, the carpet was in bad shape and dirty, there was a lot of dust and cobwebs, and was overall dirty except for the sheets, sink/toilet/tub. The costumes smelled like some kind of disinfectant spray. This place is so close to being awesome, just take better care of it.

Exceptional

Came here as a surprise for my wife and it did not disappoint! The staff was great and willing to help with a few requests and the room was awesome. The staff even gave us a tour of the other themed rooms so we know what to look for during our next stay. Bring your imagination and your significant other for a cozy, romantic getaway!

Couples Only...but needs maintenance

Couples only, good location that was central to everything.

Property needs maintenance. It was overgrown and had paint peeling on outside facilities. Lights outside the window came through the window all night.

It was ok. Not the worst.

Everything close by. Theme was ok.

Bugs in the spa. Ants in the room. Not quite as expected - not same as picture on website. COST DOES NOT MATCH WHAT YOU GET. PLUS THERE WAS NO STAFF AROUND THE WHOLE TIME - NOT EVEN IN THE STORE - STORE WAS CLOSED BOTH DAYS.

The many themed cabins this cottage offers stands out as a fun way to enjoy the Big Bear Lake experience to the fullest! The amenities the host provides allows us to relax during our stay here. The heater, jacuzzi, hot water works amazing!

The #1 Best Couples Escape From Realty (Fantasy)

I loved the themes, my goal is to experience everyone of them, it was so cozy with the fireplace and jacuzzi together in the same room....I loved that we could put on the outfits, it made the whole experience very knightly. We want to rent the treehouse next or the castle. Cheers to the owner for your creativity......you are truly very gifted. Thank you!! Already saving for our next adventure there.....we are making this place our get away from here on out.....Absolutely loved it!!!!!

I felt the firewood should of been included especially the firewood we had....it didn't burn....I think it was a little damp

An excellent and easy place to warm up your significant other!

Fantastic (nigh literally) location; extremely cozy and perfect for a couple that's looking to get some exercise on the slopes and follow it up with some exercise a touch more horizontally.

Honestly the only problem I had was the heating unit; it functioned admirably keeping the space fully cozy, but for some reason as it cooled down and the housing contracted it would make an impressively loud bang. At all hours of the night. Easy fix most likely (though jamming a and the place was still

Superb

Loved the themed approach to the grounds and collection of cottages, as well as the attention to detail inside our "Native/Indian" cottage. The decor, hot tub, the fireplace with wood and starter logs. Very cozy!

The bed was too soft for one of us: me, the guy. "Princess and the Pea"?

Absolutely not worth the cost.

Good location and quiet.

Sink was broken, dust and cobwebs everywhere, wifi was nonexistent, door had to be forced closed.

Awesome Fantasy Fairytale experience

Love the themed cottages! A lot of care was put into the decoration and overall theme of the cottage. It was very close to snow summit and had great parking. The staff was awesome! Very responsive to pre stay questions and extreamly accommodating, super friendly, I can't say enough about the warm reception and beautiful boutique with unique fairy and magic themed hand made products and clothing, including amazing hand poured candles! Overall a very pleasant experience.

The sink was leaky, and the radiator occasionally made a loud band. A little bit worn, but charming none the less.
