Kein Fenster zum öffnen, Unfreundliches Frühstückspersonal, wenig Platz beim Frühstücken und jeden 3 Tag wird leider nur das Zimmer gereinigt, auch nur schlampig !

Beatiful view and location, but needs to step up its game

The Hotel is in a beautiful area of Jersey City, right next to the train linking you to Wall street and Manhattan within few minutes. The views of the south of Manhattan are spectacular and you are also minutes away from a big park with great views of Ellis Island and the statue of Liberty. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Breakfast is good but extremely busy.

The phone in the room did not work, which made the communication with the reception impossible. When we tried to text the reception phone (as suggested by the hotel), the replies were either rude or non-existent. We made a reservation for three adults and we still had to specify that the sofa bed was made, even if we arrived very late. The second night the rooms smelled as if someone had been cooking super spiced or garlicky foods. The stench was strong and the only solution was someone coming downstairs with a spray of deodorant that did not remove the smell at all. Again when we texted the reception, no one replied and no solution was given. Also both days there was a clear under-staffing for breakfast time, not enough food, garbage piling up everywhere and no clear seating or organized dining space. For the overall price of 1000 USD for two nights outside of Manhattan, I really question the value of the stay.

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Das Mobiliar war verdreckt oder kaputt. Die Ecken der Tischplatten abgebrochen und scharfkantig. Von den vorhandenen Sitzgelegenheiten war die Hälfte Loungemöbel, sodass man mit den Knie an die Tischoberkante stieß und sich zum Essen weit hinunter beugen musste. Für die vielen Gäste gab es nicht genug Tische. Das Personal kam mit dem Nachlegen nicht hinterher.

Nettes Hotel für Übernachtung mit viel Potenzial für Freundlichkeit und gutem Frühstück.

Wir haben zuerst ein Zimmer zum Innenhof mit den lauten Generatoren zugeteilt bekommen. Ein leises Zimmer wurde uns ohne Schwierigkeiten nach Reklamation gegeben. Front Desk Mitarbeiter waren sehr unhöflich, auf Freundlichkeit und Begrüßung wird wohl kein Wert gelegt. Eine Ausnahme bilden die zwei Mitarbeiterinnen am Eingang des Hotels und der Mitarbeiter bei der Anreise, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Eine Ausnahme in diesem Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels mit Anbindung an ÖV ist sehr gut. World Trade Center in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war fantasielos und mit einem 1-2 Sterne Hotel vergleichbar. Es fehlten Käse, verschiedene frische Früchte und eine Abwechslung. Früchte für den Joghurt waren tiefgefroren, es fehlte an Geschirr, Personal und Platz für die vielen Gäste. Wir haben uns entschieden ab dem 4. Tag lieber auswärts zu frühstücken, weil es wirklich eine Zumutung war. Das wenige Personal konnte gar nicht so schnell wieder alles auffüllen. Es gibt viel bessere Frühstücksoptionen um das Hotel herum. Wird sind vom Hyatt einen weit aus besseren Standard gewöhnt.

Clean, comfortable and great location. Nice breakfasts and friendly staff.

Insufficient places to eat at breakfast after breakfast room was used for an evening event.

Great hotel bad food

We liked that the PATH was right outside the doors so it made for easy access to Manhattan. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant's food was awful. Breakfast was bland. We ordered 2 burgers at the bar. $22 for bland food wasn't worth it. We chatted with the guy next to us and he said the same thing. We could've went to Five Guys down the street for a cheaper and better burger.

Gutes Hotel für Familien mit großen Zimmern und toller Lage.

Tolle Lage mit super Blick auf die Skyline. Sehr großes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Alles sauber.

Das Ausziehsofa war sehr unbequem zum Schlafen - für Kinder bis 6 Jahren aber ok. Der Teppich hatte ein paar große Löcher.

Eu tenho fotos de como estava o carpete. Sujo, cheio de poeira atacou minha rinite, não consegui dormir a noite. Praticamente joguei meu dinheiro no lixo.

Great place to stay. We loved it.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within a 100m radius, there is a subway and a ferry to Manhattan. The view of Manhattan is breathtaking. The place is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and absolutely safe. Our room was very nicely and tastefully furnished. Everything was new, clean, functional, and comfortable. The option of parking in a covered parking garage across the street at a discounted price was also pleasant. The breakfast was typical hotel continental. There was plenty of food and a variety of options to choose from. I highly appreciate that the hotel had no unpleasant odors, and the towels and linens were fresh and fragrant. The hotel staff provides service at a high level. Thank you for that!

Excellent staff! Very friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast! Fantastic views from the Terrace of the NY City Skyline and all of the activity on the Hudson River. Easy access to the Subway System and light rail Service!
