The hotel needs to invest in appropriate internet infrastructure

Nice and clean. What’s you would expect.

The Wi-Fi is AWFUL. Apparently this is a thing at all Hyatt Places. Half a Mbps is not acceptable in 2023 at a place that costs this much. You can’t do anything with that connection. Im writing this review on a 7 Mbps Wi-Fi connection in run down motel in the middle of Wyoming if that tells you anything about how bad this is.

Comfortable and convenient

Location was great! Liked the area and it was safe. Rooms were nice and appreciated the amenities! Staff was awesome both checking in and at checkout.

I can’t say one bad word about it!

So close to everything in boise. Room was clean, view was nice

Some of the staff was very rude. They also didn’t tell us about any of the accommodations that the hotel has.

Alarm set off at 6am by homeless person. Rooms were too expensive and vanilla.

This is a first-rate hotel--one of the finest!

I have stayed at many hotels, and this is one of the finest. Spotless, solid breakfast, outstanding staff. I will make a habit of staying at more Hyatt Hotels in the future.

I did not see the need to be charged for parking.

I was overcharged from a wrong transaction and still have not been given the refund. I will be filing a complaint with Chase for this.

Clean, friendly staff, great location just need the price to come down a little, maybe $290/night.

Very clean and great to use. Loved the pool and spa, so glad they were open.

The price seemed really high for one night. We paid $426 but in the future I would need the price to come down in order to repeat a visit.

the location was central to everything, the room was clean and the staff was welcoming.

I wished they would’ve let us know that room service was as requested when we checked in.

Best management

The manager Chris was exceptional.in service. With Any issues that arose he was so professional and kind. We felt very at home.

Pleasant

Breakfast was abundant and varied every day. Parking is available in situ.

We stayed 3 nights but the room was cleaned and tied up only once and upon express request. The heating system is incredibly noisy!

Our second stay at the Hyatt as we feel the price is good, the location is excellent, free parking.

Breakfast is typical for a hotel but the selection is extremely varied with lots of choices. The dining area is clean and the bar area also serves as a comfortable place to sit.

Superb

staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and conveniently located.

Breakfast wasn’t available one of the mornings we were there so we had to go out to eat. They explained nicely and apologized that the cook didn’t show up that morning.

Almost perfect but not quite; great location, terrible thermostat.

ultra quiet, great location, good bed, great breakfast of the free kind, efficient staff.

the thermostat control is terrible; very hard to read normally but in room 105 it was placed too low and too close to the closet door. really, really bad design and installation.

the front desk clerk told a really long story at midnight when we checked in to another couple that was trying to break away from the conversation. the price per night was also very high.

I didn’t like being on the first floor where you can see people walking by your room. They need to clean the rooms daily and restock towels.
